He called me right away & e pressed how disappointed he was in the service I received and apologized about the wrong item being sent. He more than made it right, and provided me with not only a discount but also sent a beautiful flower arrangement and apology letter to my partners mother. We were looking for a last minute Get Well Soon arrangement for our Aunt in Levittown. I called and spoke with John at Mid Island Florist and he was awesome! Took down some info, what he had, what we wanted and that same night he personally delivered the arrangement to our Aunts doorstep. He also sent us a picture of the flowers via text since we are in California. It was such a pleasure dealing with John and we highly recommend this shop to anyone for their flower needs. This florist has no integrity. I ordered a premium arrangement and they sent a lesser one knowing I was out of town and thought I wouldn't see it. When I brought it to their attention, they ignored me. I won't be ordering from them again. read more

I live in Tennessee and mom lives in Bethpage, NY. Mom was feeling a little down so I thought to lift mom's spirits I would send a dozen of her favorite flowers . I located Mid-Island florist thru a Google search. I ordered mom 13 roses the roses we're beautiful and lasted for an extraordinary amount of time. She also got many compliments from her friends about how lovely the bouquet was. Delivery was on the exact time that they said they would be delivered Mid-Island florist is amazing. My sister passed away last week and I ordered a large spray of flowers Friday afternoon for services Friday night. The woman I spoke to was kind and helpful. Family from Alabama and California also ordered flowers from mid island. I called back later in the afternoon to order another arrangement. They assured me it would be taken care of and delivered on time. All the flowers were there and beautifully arranged . Because of Covid the Viewing was short and sparsely attended. But because of these beautiful flowers her Viewing was short but so sweet. Icing on the cake, though, was that this morning Mid Island Florist delivered a basket with 2 African Violets in it. Seems my daughter wanted me to have a plant I could nurture and keep, but the florist was out at the time of the funeral.
