Horrible Experience with this HOA, since we moved in 5 years ago our fees have more than doubled…read moreyet I think they maybe plowed twice this winter?! We literally just gave up and started shoveling our own driveway!! On top of that we had an extra assessment done that I don't even remember voting on or getting paperwork on... no idea what was done because nothing ever was...then asked to pay an additional amount we couldn't afford on top of the increased HOA fee. So we paid what we could and the rest was sent to collections where they are now making us pay way more and pay other attorneys fees. All they care about is money, yet they do nothing...I still have no clue what the extra payment was for! Our association doesn't even have a pool or park..so why do our fees keep increasing. They couldn't even come remove bees that were in our siding and told us that's our responsibility!! Unreal.

HAVING A PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD MAKE THINGS EASIER. NOT DIFFICULT!…read more Just to give you a feel for what it's like when you have issues that need to urgently be resolved. - No one answers call directly. Always goes to a voicemail system. Sometimes they return calls. They have never called me back on the same day. - They prefer you put urgent work items on to a "work order dashboard" which was never addressed to me in the same day either. - I put in a work order a week ago for an elevator communications alarm a week ago. It's still alarming. Supposedly a guy was to come a day ago, then got moved to tomorrow. Cities management has it marked as completed even thought it's not! And the workman has already moved the days once. By saying the work prder is complete, we can't follow up to let them know if there are other issues. OUR ELEVATOR COMMS ALARM WILL HAVE GONE OFF CONSTANTLY FOR 8 DAYS (If we are lucky enough cities management to get a guy to come this time) !!! - Their response to a Yelp comment will likely be faster. Which shows you their priorities. Resolving issues or damage control. And even their responses are to an info@ email address. - AND ITS A REVOLVING DOOR OF EMPLOYEES. We've had countless contacts leave. One being one of the most inept people I've ever encountered. - I can't emphasize how awful this experience has been.

He entered the bldg & used the facilities in the bldg without a resident. I reported him to the Minnesota Real Estate Board in summer 2024 & sent them the bldg security footage of him propping the lobby doors open & he was found guilty & was fined in the Fall of 2024. He requested an in-person Appeal board meeting which I was present & since he continued to be dishonest throughout the entire process, the real estate board severely increased his fine he had to pay to the board & required he complete other disciplinary measures & is on his public record for few years. He is the most dishonest Realtor in Real Estate & he is very unprofessional.

It felt like he assumed we didn't know our rights and could be intimidated into accepting whatever they decided. We moved out on the 8th of the month, but DRG required us to pay rent for the entire month. Then they withheld a large portion of that overpaid rent along with our entire security deposit. The reasoning they gave was inconsistent and unsupported. They claimed smoke damage but provided no real evidence--just a dirty air filter, which we fully admit we should have replaced before moving out. But a dirty air filter doesn't prove smoke damage, and their own move-out report never mentioned any smoke odor or related concerns. In fact, the report--completed by someone hired by DRG--only noted a few dirty carpet spots, not that the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. Yet, we were charged for full carpet replacement. When we asked for documentation, Patrick responded with hostile and accusatory emails. At one point, he even told us the owner wanted to sue us and that he was "talking them out of it." That kind of language felt less like professionalism and more like an attempt to scare us into submission. We've filed a conciliation court claim to hold them accountable and will update this review after the hearing. Until then, I strongly urge anyone considering a DRG property to document everything, ask questions, and know your rights. The way we were treated felt exploitative and dismissive--and we don't want others to go through the same experience.

This was extremely valuable to us as first-time homebuyers. After that, Aaron was an advocate for us in the contract negotiation process and gave us great advice that led to the best results for us and some money back. Specifically, the night before we made our offer, he staid up until two in the morning to ensure that we made our offer in a timely manner and that we were well-positioned in a competitive market. All in all, experienced, competent, and helpful real estate agent.

Aaron was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the process to us in a way that made us feel confident and informed. Whenever we had questions (and we had a lot), he was quick to respond and always thorough in his answers. His expertise and deep knowledge of homes in and around the Twin Cities was invaluable. Not to mention he was fun to work with. While the process can be rigorous, he was lighthearted, goofy and realistic. He brought the human aspects into it and acknoweldged when something may not have fit what we had expressed we wanted in a home. He would acknowledge if he noticed any red flags about a home and made sure, we were aware. He is an incredibly trustworthy agent. We would send him listings that had just come on the market, and he consistently rearranged his schedule or fit us in last minute so we could see them. When we found our home, we actually had a bid on another house. Aaron found a new listing and encouraged us to make time to see it right away as he thought we would really like it. It had just come on the market and ended up being absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, even better than the house we had an active bid on. It checked every box and truly showed how closely Aaron listened to our needs and preferences. Throughout the negotiation process, he was extremely thorough in explaining our options while still empowering us to make our own decisions. Because of his guidance and advocacy, we landed our dream first home--and we truly owe that to Aaron. We cannot recommend him enough and will absolutely be working with him (and his dog, One-Eyed Willy!) again in the future when we purchase our next home. Thank you, Aaron!

In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state.
