The quality of the prints is outstanding--vibrant colors, sharp details, and a durable finish that really stands out on fabric. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, one time I placed a pickup order and could not find the location and the staff member offered to find me in the parking lot and walk me in! I was referred to Edison Custom Ink by a screen printing business in Cape Coral. I have a Grandma t-shirt which only had my first grandchild's name on it. Since I had another grandchild about three months ago, I needed her name added to the shirt. I was told that they were able to add it. It was finished in about 4 hours after I brought it in. Went in yesterday, ordered 3 vinyl decals. Told them I needed them for my outside glass on my car. Went in today to pick up and 2 of the 3 were wrong. Same design on all 3, yet one for the outside 2 for inside the glass. They told me that I didn't specify. I mean I thought outside of glass was pretty specific!? But I explained the issue and they told me that I could BUY 2 more to fix the issue, um their issue!! Needless to say I won't be back, I got NO refund, NO exchange, NO apologies. Make sure if you use them to hold their hand and show them exactly the way you want something done...better yet find a company that actually knows what they are doing! read more

Spent over $200 on shirts to have them be redone two times and they still came out terrible , first they forgot words & second they stained most of my shirts with ink splatters. don't go here . i tried to call about it and text they wouldn't respond. read more

Hands down the best customer service I've had in a long time. When the order didn't go as planned, Cliff(owner) jumped right in and replaced all of the items and artwork at no additional charge. He even drove to the local dive shop to replace my items and told me to keep the items that needed to be tweaked. So impressed with how the situation was handled. This company did a horrible job nine out of 12 of our shirts are cracking and have defects on them. Not only did they tell us to come first thing in the morning we came in at 12 and we still had to wait an extra 45 minutes. Prices are very high in the quality is horrible I would find another option for screen printing. read more

These ppl did a print job for me and did the labels in an incorrect size so they are unusable to me and would not even attempt to correct their error. I came in with the containers that the label would go on like I was told to, so tell me how did I get labels over TWICE that size! I regret ever going there, 1st red flag was a customer trying to fight the cashier on my first time ever visiting the shop. 2nd was, I asked for a mock up of what it would look like prior to printing and was told that I'd get that, NEVER happened! 3rd, I attempted to cancel the order prior to when they were due to be finished because 1 I never received the mock up email so I assumed it wasn't happening anyway but when I called the dude was SO rude and saying it was already done and I could come pick them up. Miraculously done early, like right than and there. I honestly believed he rushed the order out, in order to not refund me and therefore that's why the sizing is RIDICULOUSLY OFF! Total waste of money, 0 out of 5 stars is what they truly deserve. Don't go here. read more

I was a returning customer but after my last visit I will not be coming back here anymore. Yes, I had left the store and they were "approved" but the more I had looked at them the more I can see the negative subliminal message behind it. I called them to see if they would be able to fix it and at first Harry said they would "try" too. Five minutes later another person calls me and says that they can't fix the shirts, lectures me about their policy and continues to say that all I can do is purchase more shirts. They are cheap fabric and material, and they act like they are giving me such a great deal. If helping me fix my shirts is too much to ask for then I will make sure that everyone and their moms know that they don't care about customer service and don't know how to handle a situation when things don't go their way. This place is horrible. They have you pay first, so when your product is wrong they refuse to fix it. Stay away from Jess she is very rude when you are trying to design something and the nanager is the absolute worst. They definitely do not stand behind there work. I should have known when the guy in front of me when I ordered had a messed up order. They forgot his business name on his shirts and told him they would just put it under the phone number. I had 4 shirts made there at $37. Each. Three of the shirts were made correctly. One of the correct shirts had a scrape out of the graphics, but this store did not care to fix it. The fourth shirt was a complete fail. Font size was all over the place, nothing was centered. Two of the graphics were to be the same sizes as one of the shirts they did correct, but both graphics of this shirt where extremely large compared to the correct shirt. This shirt was an all out fail by any standards. When I spoke to the shirt printer about remaking the hi the shirt if I paid full price for a new one $37. He only gave excuses as to how it was correct and was a nice shirt. He stated he only had two sizes of one of the images, but for some reason I have the same image on four shirt and I have three different size images, with the largest one on a shirt that was to get the small one. So, if you plan on designing a shirt here, I would advise you to go somewhere else. They take money up front and refuse to correct their mistakes, and are rude to you as a customer because of their mistake. This fourth shirt was a complete fail. I'm sorry I did business at this store. I will be using a different company to make the correct shirt requested. read more
