I cannot recommend these guys enough if you want fair priced embroidery work. I've used these guys 3 times now. First job was a monogram project for some expensive bed linen I'd purchased as a wedding gift for someone. I wanted it personalized. They did a wonderful job & even added some little design touches I didn't think of to really bring the monogram to life. I've just had them logo some work shirts & have just taken a second batch to them to complete. I've used other embroidery stores in town with ok results but these guys are the best & fairest in price in my opinion. read more

The product was decent. I was upset that I purchased my item and they told me it would be ready the next day. I did not go and pick it up the next day, I waited an additional day. I called them and texted them to see if it was ready and they did not respond to me. So I drove down there to pick it up and they hadn't even started. So I had to stand there and wait because I did not want to drive back another day. They did not apologize for this, but thanked me for my patience. I am unsure if I will go back. read more

Just bought 4 shirts from them (2 polos/2 T-shirts) with custom logo and lettering for a total of $88. Despite placing the order in person with detailed instructions for the order, they still managed to screw it up. Instead of putting logos on the polos and logos AND lettering on the t-shirts as requested, they reversed it. They also covered it up by hiding the shirts in a bag until after I paid, and lied about it when I tried to confirm everything verbally. These shirts were for work and everyone has to be uniform, so not only am I out the money but I also have to seek out another vendor to produce 4 more shirts. The employees do not speak or understand English well enough to conduct this type of business accurately. Not only are they incompetent, they also lack integrity. Walter is an incredibly kind and professional gentleman! I needed a shirt done while in transit to Fort Myers. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon and he saved my life by having my shirt ready the next day! He made sure I look professional for my 9 AM Friday appointment!! If I could add a minus number to this review i would, there business is so unprofessional to say the least. His incompetent workers lost my tag so have my shirt done, i never got a call requesting that i come in to give me information again. So it was the next day after my shirt was supposed to be picked up and never got a call or anything so i called Wednesday and was told my shirt would be ready on Wednesday afternoon and still nothing. So i come in on Thursday and find out that they don't know where my shirt is and found out they lost my ticket, again i never got a call asking me to come in or send information in again. The owner Walter never apologized for the inconvenience and just gave me my shirt back. I am beyond pissed with Stitches by Walter. read more
