Items: Besides alcohol, they also sell cigars, cigarettes, and bags of ice. Cleanliness: The store was clean with no trash visible to the customers eyes. All the shelves and areas were neatly organized. Prices: The prices for alcohol like most liquor stores and depends on the item you are purchasing. Due to the long wait (1 hr+) in the fall, we ended up leaving and not trying out this restaurant. This time, I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated within a few minutes in the outside dining area, even without a reservation this go around. The drinks are the focal point! There are so many options, all of which are unique and delicious, and they come out looking so fun. I had the Tamarindo and my husband opted for El Jefe. The Tamarindo had a delicious, sour tajin rim. I was sold from that point on! Before any food came out, we were provided with complementary chips, pico de gallo, and hot sauce. A nice way to ease into the food. Our appetizer was a citrusy shrimp dish, with the seafood plated on avocado mouse. I've never tried avocado in this format and it was so delightful- soft and creamy! The sauce was perfectly citrusy and the presentation made it look like art. My main dish was the spicy shrimp tacos. They were sufficiently packed, not overfilled, which I appreciated. I was full after one taco and had two more to take home. Overall, this is a good energy, lively spot with loud Latin music and good eats. I noticed AFTER we ordered that there was a cocktail special that night. Our waitress never mentioned any specials, so I tried to flag her down after I had already ordered a different one not on the list. I mentioned to the hostess what I needed, and I hung out waiting for our waitress at the front. After waiting at least 15 min for her to show up from the back, I was able to ask her to change my drink order. The food here is FABULOUS. We got the housemade Irish soda bread and it was amazing. Hubby got the shepherd's pie and it was delicious. I got the lamb chops over asparagus and mashed potatoes and it was FANTASTIC ! I don't know if our waitress was new or what, but our meals were delivered without silverware. We waited several minutes, then finally flagged down another waitress so that we could eat ! If it wasn't for the poor service, this place could easily be 5 stars due to the fabulous food. Thankfully we got out of there before the live music started, loud music is not our vibe. At the very end of the meal, somehow my original drink order made an appearance (that's what I was afraid of, that she didn't cancel the order). The folks at the table next to us ordered the exact same cocktail, so when the bar tried to give it to us, the waitress told them to give it to the table next to us instead. Geez, we were already paying for our meal at the time. Lol The manager did come out and the end of the meal to ask how things were. I did mention I thought our waitress might be new. I didn't get an answer as to if she was, but I posed it more as a statement than a question.
