Technician said we needed a new ballast for fluorescent light. Paid them to replace ballast;…read moreproblem was just burnt out tubes. They replaced burnt out tubes, which were 3000K, with 4100K which was way too bright for this area. We wound up paying for ballast replacement and four tubes, over their estimate. Then we bought new 3000K tubes at Home Depot, for $25, and replaced them ourselves. Not only no attempt to satisfy the customer, owner was actually insulting. So sorry we called them.

Hardly anything I was looking for. So I went to Berman's and they had a nice selection, two or three choices for each type of light I needed. They also carry the light bulbs and lamp shades and actually know about their products. You don't find this in the box stores. The only drawback, and this is true of most stores during COVID, their inventory is low and for some choices you have to order. I highly recommend Berman Electric.

I have recently moved into a brand new home and would like to purchase some new decorative items as well as a new chandelier for my my foyer. I entered the store and knew immediately that I would find several things that I would love. I stopped to look at a display near the entrance where an employee was unpacking some merchandise. She did not acknowledge me nor did any of the employees working there. I was in the store for about half an hour and found a few items that I would have purchased (and mind you, their items are NOT inexpensive) but since no one approached me or offered me help as I was struggling to find the price on a chandelier I thought would look awesome in my house, I couldn't bring myself to ask for assistance because they clearly didn't need my business. In fact, a gentleman who works there (which I found out was a designer named Frank by visiting their web-site) was standing about 3 ft from me and told the 2 girls at the counter that "Sometimes I can't stand people." Well, that sealed the deal for me. As a manager of a large bank in the area who focuses on excellent customer service, I can surely understand feeling this way at times, but expressing it front of a customer (a customer who wants to buy something REALLY bad) is just unacceptable. I was so disappointed because there were a few items I really wanted to purchase but I just couldn't do it based on the fact that no one ever even spoke to me the whole time I was there. So in summary, Coventry Lighting has many beautiful items for your home and some of the most unique lighting I've seen around but the service is atrocious.

And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck.
