Ll customer service was lacking at best. The company who installed the floor if I could give less than 1 I would It took six months of calling every day to get them to come out and fix the floor. It's still not 100% fixed but I decided to get another contractor to take care of it. It's not about just selling a floor. It's about to follow through and follow up. Find somebody else to get your flooring Because if you have a problem, they will not help you

After contacting customer care I was told that someone would be out to asses the situation. A month later with still no contact from the claims person, or the actual store in Boardman, i decided to call back, and week after week I have been given the run around. It's been almost 7months now with still no answers and I've now been forced to close down my business because my flooring is now coming apart!!! BEWARE WITH BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
