Love, love, love this shop!! First these guys are awesome! I took my wheels to 3 different shops in LA. 1 place quoted me a ridiculous price, another said my wheels were too damaged, and another was a little more expensive than here. I'm not one to do things cheap and these guys have great quality for a great cost! I bought some damaged wheels for a great price and wanted to investment in them but for the best price possible, EDK did it! Called them up and they said they need to see them and quoted me a great price for all the damage that there was. Too fully recondition my wheel and give me amazing used tired to wrap them in was exactly what I needed. I had two bad tires bought with the wheels and they provided me with two very nice Michelin run flat tires. This did take about a week but totally understandable for the damage I had. They came out perfectly, like brand new. I called them up the next day and said I have two front tires that are new but cheap with a lot of road noise. He said come on by and we'll wrap them with the same quality I have on the rear set. Literally won't go anywhere else for tire and wheel needs! Great customer service and seeing that I work in the automotive industry, I'm referring them to all my clients. Thanks again, and keep up the good work. The man here is a professional at his work, and his enthusiasm shows. I had a few dents in my rear rims that were affecting my overall driving quality, so after looking around online, I brought them my car here. I had "curb rash" for not paying close enough attention to how much wider a Tesla Model S is than my old Saab 900. After putting up with this for about two years I took it in to EDK based on a recommendation from Tesla. At least one of the rims had a couple of deep grooves in the wheel and I was unsure that this firm would be able to make the repair that they promised would look like a new wheel. Brought my Lexus rims here, one rim had a hairline crack and the other 3 had some bad curb rashes. EDK took care of the crack, reconditioned the other wheel to almost new, and also colored it black, now my baby looks great again. Trust these 5 Star reviews!! EDK Custom Wheels is the real deal. From the onset of the engagement, to conclusion, this company hit home runs. I had brought in my rusting steel wheels to these guys for a solid sandblasting, and a flat black powder coating. They quoted me a very competitive cost for (5) wheels with a (3) day turn. I repeat, a (3) day turn! Who does that these days?!? Well, after (3) days, I get a call the wheels were on the car, balanced, and ready to go. Their professionalism was off the charts. They made sure to balance the wheels on the interior of the wheel so as to 1) Not damage the rim with scratches and 2) Not have the ugly sight of balance weights looking at you. Not only did they do all the right things, they also provided insight to helping sun damaged plastic and tires. On that, they then proceeded to coat all (5) wheels while I was there with a special liquid coating that enhanced the look that much further. I brought my 22 inch wheels to EDK Wheels for repair of minor scratches and dings. The owner, Brownleo personally handled the entire repair. He removed the wheels from my car and placed loaner wheels on the car as well. When I returned 2 weeks later he had lost my BMW wheel center cap. He denied this and blamed me for losing it. Since I didn't remove the wheels or place the loaners, I don't know how I could have lost it. After much arguing back and forth he finally agreed to "do me a favor" and get a new center cap. After no less then 5 phone calls, he tells me he has a replacement. I drove 30 minutes to pick up the "new center cap" and he literally picked it out of a pile spare parts, rubbed it in his shirt and handed it to me. Honestly, it looked like it had been skipped across the freeway with innumerable chips and scratches. I disappointedly handed it back to him and left. I ordered it from my local BMW dealer and paid for it myself. Incidentally, I did pay him in full before he replaced the cap, I probably should have withheld $100 or something to ensure he followed through on his promise. read more
