Called for their mobile service to repair my flat tire. The mechanic came within 10 mins which was super quick and it also helps that I live a 9 min walk away. I was up and ready to go less than 30 mins. I paid $30 for their mobile service and $20 to repair my tire. I got into my car to get gas after a long day of apartment tours, and my tire was flat. Not a small nail flat, not "oh yeah, someone can totally patch it" flat. Just flat as could be. I panic-searched for tire shops near me, dreading the idea of having to tow my car anywhere. LA Tires was the first option to pop up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as I explained my problem, the gentleman on the phone immediately assured me that they offer mobile services and could get someone out to help.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I gave him my tire information and he quickly found a tire to do a replacement and THANK GOODNESS it was discounted to $80. I gave him my address, grabbed a Dr. Pepper from the store of the parking lot I was in (to calm my nerves) and someone pulled up next to me to replace the tire before I even finished my drink! In all, $200 to have someone come out and install a new tire is a steal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everyone I interacted with was so nice, and I appreciate the gentleman who came out to me for explaining what was wrong with the tire.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Waiting and paying for a tow + paying for a new tire + still needing gas afterwards would've been my 13th reason. This location has good hours of operation even open Sundays. What I didn't like is that the alignment performed didn't leave the steering straight.
