We scratched our floor 2 hours after having it installed when moving the fridge :(. I thought the vinyl plank would be more durable. On the negative side, there was a lot of problems with my order: A) The tile that I ordered was not in stock so it took an additional 2 weeks to ship the tile. B) The tile arrived broken. I would normally say that this would be the fault of the shipping company, however the tile was packaged very poorly. It was 50 lbs of tile which was cushioned only by Styrofoam peanuts. I'm surprised that anyone in the tile business would ship tile that way. C) Processing my refund is taking a long time. They said 2 weeks and it's been over that without a word. I sent several e-mails asking for updates and they are not responsive. Finally when I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they got back to me. They seemed to be unapologetic too. I guess they don't really care about their customers.
