When I got the bill he charged me over twice the going rate for a contractor - i clearly felt that because he did not provide an estimate, he took advantage of the situation. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, but they would not help because they completed the work. BEWARE! if you use this contractor make sure everything is in writing and do not assume that you will be fairly billed - because he will inflate the bill to more than double what it should be and the BBB won't help because it is a billing matter... While it was a bit more than another one I got, it included the insulation and drywall on the other side of the brick. He said he would be there at 8:30, and he was there around 8:25 and stayed until 1:30. The cost was what he estimated, and he even pointed my stairs for me and fixed some of the crumbling cement at the base of them while he was at it, which was something I have been ignoring, hoping it would go away, and it, indeed, did!
