The last time I spoke on the phone with them they were completely disrespectful, rude, and dismissive. I assumed she was having a bad day, we've all been there. But no, I tried again and was met with the same attitude no one working in this field should have! Especially if they are going to be around children. At no point in time were any of the residents on this street notified of the closure. At the very least, they should have posted APPROPRIATE signs notifying all the residents of the closure. Flyers on our door step would have been even better....I actually spoke to the "guy in charge" and pointed at the signs all along the street and specified that they only say "no parking"...His defense was "those are not my signs"... That's pretty funny because it only says American Asphalt right on it...This whole ordeal could have been totally avoided if the residents were properly notified...
