I left a voice mail message after hours on a Monday, and I got a return call Wed morning. I was told Mike could come for an estimate either Wed or Thu. A few hours later, another call said he'd be here in 20 minutes (he was, to the minute). My husband and I explained the three jobs to Mike (one big, one smallish, one small). He gave us his thoughts, and said he'd email an estimate that night. He did that, about 5 hours later. The quote seemed reasonable, so we set an appointment a week later, to do one part of the job that we needed done quickly. He came as scheduled, and did a great job changing a duplex receptacle under our sink to a quad. This required cutting the cabinet (and, I assume, the drywall) to fit the larger box & receptacle. But there was no trace of debris at all. I'll update this review once the rest of the work is completed (no rush for these, so it'll be a while).
