More than 10 years ago, Mike installed a new receptacle, and a light fixture and switch. He did an…read moreexcellent job, so when we again needed electrical work done, we thought of him first. I left a voice mail message after hours on a Monday, and I got a return call Wed morning. I was told Mike could come for an estimate either Wed or Thu. A few hours later, another call said he'd be here in 20 minutes (he was, to the minute). My husband and I explained the three jobs to Mike (one big, one smallish, one small). He gave us his thoughts, and said he'd email an estimate that night. He did that, about 5 hours later. The quote seemed reasonable, so we set an appointment a week later, to do one part of the job that we needed done quickly. He came as scheduled, and did a great job changing a duplex receptacle under our sink to a quad. This required cutting the cabinet (and, I assume, the drywall) to fit the larger box & receptacle. But there was no trace of debris at all. I'll update this review once the rest of the work is completed (no rush for these, so it'll be a while). In the meantime, I highly recommend Mike for any electrical work you need done.

The prices varies greatly and Young's estimate was in the middle of the highest and lowest bids. Their work was top notch! They arrived on time, checked in with me to see how work was progressing, and now have a garage without dim spots. They did great work!

Prior to the appointment they called to confirm arrival time and that we had all the materials we were to supply on our end (light fixture desired with motion sensor and/or timer switch). Welp, we had the fixtures but missed the detail on automation to pass inspections. They said they'd be able to take a trip to Lowe's for us and get what we need and explained the additional cost or said we could get it ourselves if we wanted as well and explained exactly what we needed. Thanks again James and And , we appreciated the transparency and integrity through the job. Also just passed inspection today for this stage in the game!

Office staff called to notify me the needed part was on its way and the would call me to schedule the installation of the new part. Office followed up to notify me the part had arrived, scheduled an appointment. Technician returned to install new part. All went very smoothly.
