Here we go!!! I've been with Progressive for decades on and…read moreoff.. But, the last couple years they have been raping me over the coals, (whatever that means..lol). This time they went up about 30% and that was the last straw. Or so I hoped. Been asking friends about their insurance. Seems I'm not the only one tired of the BS. They all told me they switched to State Farm... So, today I talked to a local friend and he told me about Karens State Farm.... His insurance was pennies compared to mine. I get in the car and rush over there... Great atmosphere and the staff is incredible... But, there must be a catch, right? She makes out 2 reports. One a quote for what Progressive is giving me, and one she recommended.. The first one was almost half off and the second, (which is the one I chose), 400 bucks less than Progressive with a ton more coverage. Thank you Trina for the great times and experiences... And best yet, they are in a brick and mortar building, human and local.... Oh My Goodness I made such a great move. Totally Recommend Dan n Mac

To whom it may concern, My husband has been with State Farm…read moreInsurance for 40 + years. We married 21 years ago and subsequently I was from that point on a State Farm customer. We've had our occasional accident throughout the years as well as you insuring our teenage son who had his fare share of incidents. To be expected I'm sure given his age, car choice, and extremely high premiums into consideration. We recently made a move to live in our Arizona home. I have worked as a Registered Nurse for the better part of 45 years and had 3 home's insured with you at one point along with many vehicles. Currently going through a refinance process on the only home we have a mortgage on now we were informed by Wells Fargo that we needed to have our insurance policy rewritten to reflect primary residence vs. rental dwelling. This was an oversight on our part seeing as the permanent move from Lincoln, NE to Tucson, AZ was a little stressful with a lot of loose ends to tie up. Our insurance agent Karen Cole informed us that an inspection of the property was necessary prior to a possible policy change. We were horrified and downright insulted with the results. We were told that the Lexis Nexis report indicated that our homeowner's insurance policy should be canceled based on a Junk vehicle in driveway and Junk in the backyard. The 2001 GMC 1500 Crew cab with 120,000 miles in the driveway currently being worked on is actually worth 9 to 15K currently. Junk????? We are only a few days away from closing on a refinance and our homeowners insurance policy has been canceled because we have a messy back yard. Thankfully my husband is a veteran and USAA was able to help us with a shift of our homeowner's insurance and auto policies swiftly or it might have derailed our refinance we've been working on since the beginning of June. No words can describe how we feel regarding the treatment we have received from State Farm considering we've been with them for so very long. I would imagine our paying into their purse totals more than one million dollars over the years. Now that we are getting older, my husband retired, and me nearing retirement, the fact that they would treat us this way after several small auto claims is ludicrous. If you, State Farm, wanted to cancel us you could have just let us know!! The last second scramble to find a new insurance company on the verge of our home refinance added much stress to our lives!!! If this is how you take care of lifelong customers and veteran's we are glad to go. Regards, Crystal Overman Tyler

We have been with Allstate for over 25 years. Never a problem. Till we moved to Cottonwood. We…read morechose to stay with Cheryl Stecko at Allstate. What a mistake. We asked to have the exact same auto policy that we had from Allstate. (Which did not use drivewise) Then we got emails and a phone call saying our rates will go up if we dont install an app on our phones for drivewise. We were quoted (and paid) a rate, then were told it would go up. We advised Cheryl Stecko's husband John (who also works at her office) that we needed homeowners insurance. We advised him that the policy can't start till escrow closes. The money was deducted 28 days before we owned the house. We had made several calls to Cheryl Steckos office, asking to talk to Cheryl. Never a return call. We had to cancel Allstate, in doing so and recieving documents of cancellation, only the auto was canceled . Now we are trying to get remittances for the policies that were paid in advance. We left a message with a rep. for Cheryl Stecko at her other office . Dont know if will get a call back, I'm not sure this person even exists. All of our Allstate brokers always communicated promptly and in person. Cheryl Stecko gives poor service. Oh dont bother trying to leave a review on the Allstate web page. Its controlled.

We spent over $2500 a year with them for commercial insurance for our business. Three of the last four years they let our commercial policy lapsed. This alone cost us thousands of dollars. We gave them a month heads up every year but they just couldn't seem to get it together. We should have just dropped them but because of the difficulty of stopping one policy and starting another we didn't. Finally because they didn't inform us of a cliche, were the commercial company we were dealing never got a payment. We were canceled and never received notice no phone call nothing. This last over sight cost us over $800. These people have been MIA from the beginning.
