DETAILS: I have an S Corporation and an atypical situation with no clear way how to handle it. I asked AI about one idea I had for handling it, but she said that was likely illegal, and the situation was complex enough that she needed to refer me to a tax attorney, and suggested Mr. Klasing. I checked out the firm's website and saw that I could schedule online, that was super-convenient. Same-day appointments were available. It was $95 for 10 minutes, and I expected to hear on the call that my case was too complex for just ten minutes and I'd need to reschedule for an hour, or worse, pay for a few hours of research at $XXX/hr. Instead, Mr. Klasing was familiar with the situation, said I had three options, and explained the pros and cons of each one, concurring with AI that my idea was illegal and I should pick one of the other two. Getting an expert resolution, the same day, and for only $95, is a bargain and a relief. Note, the firm offers this service for only an *initial* consultation; you can't keep paying $95 for additional 10-minute consults.
