I asked them about the charges and the representative told me this is for 911 service on a certain date in a city I never been to. The representative told me she can verified the last four of my social to cross check if I used that service. I told them my last four digit and she said that they got the wrong address and there's nothing I need to do. I am regret that I provided my last four of social, but I want to take out this from my record badly. Finger crossed. How could they randomly send out this kind of debt collecting letter to people?!
