We only discovered the issue a full year later when our mortgage company contacted us. Being left uninsured without any notice is unacceptable and could have had serious financial consequences. After decades of loyalty, I expected at the very least basic communication and oversight. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded our trust. I would strongly advise others to closely monitor their own policies if working with this broker, as we received no support or notification when it mattered most.

She made the entire process incredibly easy and was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and genuinely kind. We then worked with Jessica to add my teenager to our auto insurance policy. As the parent of a new teen driver, I was holding my breath and preparing myself for the worst when it came to the premium! I was very pleasantly surprised that the increase was quite reasonable. Jessica took the time to walk us through everything and made what I expected to be a stressful process completely painless.
