Kyle is very personable and his team has a high attention to detail. They also have a super fast response time...This has been, by far, the best insurance experience I have ever had! A few years ago, we had a cheaply quoted, online auto insurance company for our car insurance policies. However, when we moved back to the Sacramento area, this other company raised our insurance premium rate dramatically, which put us back out on the hunt for car insurance. We met Kyle through some friends and Kyle Middleton State Farm Insurance came highly recommended through multiple sources for more than just car insurance...life insurance and renter's insurance too, which was exactly what we were looking for, at the time. Kyle took the time to go through the other company's policy with us and helped us realize there was so much more to insurance than just meeting the California state requirements for driving a car. We ended up in Folsom, California and after switching to State Farm, our deductible was way less than the deductible of the other company and we also ended up with roadside assistance, rental car insurance, more coverage than ever before, and absolute peace of mind! I was involved in a minor accident the previous week and called my insurance agent Kyle Middleton. His office has been extremely helpful in making sure I am being taken care of. Since the other person who hit me was at fault I decided to go through their insurance. What a nightmare - Farmers is absolutely the most incompetent group there is! They messed up my address, phone number which sent all my information to Bakersfield. I left 5 messages with the claims adjuster, still waiting to here back from her. I called a 800# I found on the web and the woman was helpful, but after supposedly working through the issues with Bakersfield, updating the correct phone number and picking my choice of repair centers and being assured that the system was updated I got a call from Enterprise in Bakersfield; got a call from another repair facility saying they have my assignment. My car has been in my repair facility since Tuesday and they just got the assignment after 3 emails to Farmers stating that they have the car. Luckily Enterprise fixed my reservation and was able to work with me in Roseville. I will tell this story to anyone who will listen. Maybe Farmers needs to invest in new systems or training instead of cute commercials. read more

I always tell people I love my insurance company. They think I'm crazy! But I do. Not only has State Farm been great for the 30+ years I've been with them, so have my agents. I started with them with an auto policy when the office was located in Citrus Heights, later adding renter's and then homeowner's insurance, and have continued on through the time that Kyle took over from Wayne. They've always taken care of claims (one homeowner's and two auto) quickly and efficiently. Kelly Raper is the person we probably talk to the most, but everyone in the office is wonderful.
