It's only a few dollars more, and now if someone breaks into my apartment, I don't really care. It can all be replaced. I live in Santa Cruz and work in Half Moon Bay. I decided to go with Weller O'Brien in HMB because it's a smaller town, and I figured they would give me more attention and better service than if I went to someone in Santa Cruz. I wasn't let down. They are always quick to return my calls. I am more then just a policy to them Kevin got to know me and my situation. Initially I wanted the cheapest insurance required by law, but Kevin advised me to get more. The actual coverage required by law has small maximums. I am a dentist, and if I am at fault in an accident, the other party may come after my income. He told me that if they get greedy, they can blow past through what insurance will cover. Once that happens I have to start paying. I don't want that to happen. I spend a few dollars more each month, but I am confident that if I am ever found at fault, my insurance will protect me from losing everything. I've never had an insurance salesman go over a policy like that before. It made me confident that I was with the right group. I know that as I start needing more and different types of insurance, Weller O'Brien will explain my options, so I can choose the type of coverage that's best for me.

We had issues getting a policy because they delayed looking for a carrier, even though more than a month before I had spoken to them to help me look for a good deal. Because of the delay, I got stuck with a very expensive policy. The ins. later charged me even more $ and I asked Joseph to help me dispute this. He delayed once again; because he was "busy with new policies" as if mine that was already late didn't matter. I ended up calling the insurance and letting them know about the dispute and they send Joseph the documents he needed to fill out. I waited a week to hear back for him to tell me that "the dispute was denied and you have to pay" something told me to call the ins. because of all of the issues I had with them already. Come to find out, they NEVER sent in the paperwork to dispute! It was NEVER DENIED! They lie, and stall on everything. And now I am to deal with it all alone.
