When reviewing my policy with Joe Hammon, I explained that I was very disappointed with them doubling my premiums. I could see them raising it even as much as 50%, but 100% price increase is too much! Joe Made me feel belittled by the fact that I had to make a claim. And when I told him that he needed to get to work and see what he could do since he was a broker, he got super butt hurt about - it acting a victim because I was asking him to do his job.
