They used a towing company form a different town that the vehicle was located. They could not find the vehicle and failed to contact me. It was impounded and I had to pay 150 dollars to get it out. After this I canceled my insurance with them. My work was slow and I simply couldn't afford it. They later sent me a bill for around 100 dollars that I still owed. Once I realized this I immediately called them and paid 50 dollars. I told an employee I couldn't pay the full amount but would call back and settle up when I received another check. Not long after that I received a collection notice for the remaining balance. I received weekly emails on services they were trying to sell me but they couldn't call or email me about this matter. I thought It was totally unprofessional. I also couldn't find a way to write a review on Chris's website. You must have to be a paying customer which would explain why it has mostly positive reviews. You are in good hands with Allstate until you can't afford it. Then they could care less. I now have much more affordable insurance through their competitors.
