Courteous teller via phone took my name, number, informed her we bank with TSB and would like to get a document notarized preferably today. Teller informed me she will return my call. Within the next 15 minutes, I received a phone call from the Branch Manager, offering us either morning or afternoon appointment. I informed her we prefer morning and we're able to come in today. She informed us she's able to do it today, provided the next available date and time. Not all TSB branches offer notary services; however, this location does at $5 per signature for TSB account holders. For those TSB account holders 55+, you're able to get notary at a discounted rate. Inquire within. We're surprised at the end of our meeting when Branch Manager offered to waive our fees due to State of Hawaii document. We thanked her for providing notary services. This was our first time we had to obtain a notary for a document. I was ready to bust out my checkbook. If you bank with TSB and need notary services, bring a valid photo ID along with either cash or check.
