They never mentioned that upfront even when I asked. In 2024, I get a huge bill for a service that was done in 2022 with no communication in 18 months to the patient about the service and charges I called my Insurance and this doc was never in network. No medical practice should be keeping the customer in dark.

Used this Doctor for a while as my primary and 2 problems one was a disagreement on my medical…read moreissue which i ended up dropping off a typed letter with printouts explaining my condition because of her lack of knowledge and the second was a problem with my pain meds. I was using about 30 Percocet a month and she sent me to pain management who recommended morphine and oxycodone. I never took these as I thought I was fine on my meds but she questioned the information I gave her like I was misleading her. After 2 and a half years being treated by the VA I made an appointment with her for a referral for my surgeon and as I tried explaining what my Doctors and others in the VA said so she'd have access to my VA files, labs, x rays and any other tests she went off about how she didn't need them and for me to leave because I wasn't going to tell her what she was doing. I left and I guess she knows more than my VA Primary, GI, Pulmonary, Optometrist, Neurologist and Dermatologist all put together. Just needed a referral but I guess she would enlighten me with no knowledge of my medical history for close to 3 years.

Michael is a excellent physical therapist and so kind and caring to all his patients. Michael worked with me to improve my balance and strength in my legs. As a Polio survivor I already had very weak muscles on my right side. My program consisted of leg marches, leg lifts and using the bars for balance. Michael is so qualified in every way to improve my quality of life. Shout out to David and Paul for also helping me in every aspect of my physical therapy. When you enter the Kessler physical therapy building you know from the front desk greeting that I will be OK. Cheryl's special smile helping opening the main door for me( walker use) was so kind. I was assured of being safe at all time. Mary's warm smile gave me a feeling of I was welcomed at Kessler physical therapy. Thank you to all to helped in my recovery.
