Jessica Keen was great in finding a thyroid tumor but the next step was strange. I was scheduled then to meet with the doctor who I assumed would be able to do the surgery. But was not told until after I was already checked in, by the doctor himself, that he no longer does thyroid surgery. Nor does any one else in the practice. So instead of telling me to go to a doctor who could help me earlier soonest, I have now wasted weeks on what is potentially a cancer diagnosis (won't know until it comes out). I was also then given two names of people that could do the surgery, both of whom were either not taking new patients or could not see me for at least eight weeks. Please do not go to this practice if you are seeking assistance with your thyroid. This practice may be great for other things but it appears that it does not include working with the thyroid. read more

I have been a patient of Jessica Keel for several years. Every three months she and her staff clean my ears My appointments are always kept on time at 9:00 am. I have never had to wait, not even a minute past the appointed time. Each one of her staff does the actual cleaning . To a person they are friendly and very professional and do so with great care and sensitivity. I see this as a reflection of Jessica's superb management skills. When Jessica comes in to inspect the cleaning , she does so with great affability, patience, and an excellent communication manner. In addition to her expertise and professionalism, her human relations skills are without parallel. Dr. Rakesh Patel and his staff are great. Dr. Patel was able to diagnose a deviated septum and other related issues while looking at an unrelated throat issue. He performed a septoplasty and several related procedures and all has gone smoothly so far (two weeks from the procedure). The only negative I can think of is that the wait time at the office can belong at times. That said, Dr. Patel is very attentive when we meet and I never feel rushed, so I think the wait is worth it. read more

I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:20am I arrived about 9:15am. I filled out some paperwork and around 9:45am I asked when I was to be seen since I had an appointment at 9:20am. I was told I would be next and was called about 9:55am. I was taken into the doctor's waiting area and asked how long would I have to wait here. I was told there were 4 patients before me. I did not try to estimate the wait I just requested my copayment back and left the office. I ALSO have a very busy schedule which does NOT include waiting in a doctor's office for over an hour and who knows how much longer. I expect to be treated in a Doctor's office with dignity and respect and did not find this to be true at this office!!! read more

Seriously, if you are looking for an ENT go here. I spent over 10 years suffering until 5 weeks ago. Dr. Undavia was my ENT (he was recommended & now I know I know why.) Basically he helped me resolve a bunch of issues I didn't even know I had: a deviated septum, blocked sinuses,swollen turbinates and adenoid, grown polyps (ew). Google these things, it's disgusting how bad the situation was in my nose... and crazy how it was effecting my breathing and quality of life. I always sounded nasally and snored at night. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. Usually I avoid doctors and try to dodge whatever bad news they might tell me... this time I am glad to have had this experience. I recommend making an appointment with Dr. Undavia if you think you need an ENT. read more

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. Completed my paperwork, then sat in the waiting area for 1 hour. Finally got taken into an exam room where i sat for another 30 minutes. I had a follow up exam, had 1 person take my vitals, another person came in and took some information and then left telling me that the Doctor would see me soon. An hour later, no doctor? During this time, I could hear the staff having a good old time laughing and telling stories but still, no doctor. I went outside quite irritated and they were not aware I was in the exam room waiting. In fact one person was in shock and the two ladies that saw me inside the exam room said nothing. I didn't even get an apology so I asked for my co pay back. I am writing this review at night and guess what, no one has had the decency to call and apologize. dr. patel is amazing, professional, knowledgeable and heartfelt, just looking the way he treat and greet his patient we can see how much he enjoys his profession or better saying his mission as a doctor. i had seen other doctor for the same problem and he told me that he couldn't do anything for my problem so i went to see dr. patel . he saw me and order few tests and told me that he could me. i had a surgery with him and i'm able to breath better, sleep and i am feeling great. i will recommend him to my family and friends. he is the best!!! thanks doctor!!! i also like to say that the office staff are amazing too. efrain rivera read more

Brought my 92-year old dad in to see Dr. Rakesh Patel to examine his nose following a fall. Dr. Patel was patient, sensitive, caring, and explained things in layman's terms for us to understand. He's extremely knowledgeable, and is able to share and convey that knowledge in a very digestable way. Highly recommended. read more

I couldn't believe how short and unhelpful the person who answers the phone is. I think her name is Melissa. She is so short and snotty she is when she answers. She makes you feel unwanted and like you don't want to even call. Dr. Smith is good and his assistant is great. I just wish I didn't feel like I was bothering someone to call. read more

I went to see Dr. Rakesh Patel as a second opinion for an issue I have. He took his time and was excellent, knowledgeable, thorough and caring, and discovered something the previous physician I went to did not, because he rushed me through his overbooked office. Doctors and nurses are ok but horrible, most rude and arrogant admin, receptionist staff. I have been visiting this group for last 3 months. I made more than 10 visits. I have visited 4 doctors (ENT) and most of the nurses. Doctors are good (although they haven't fixed my problem yet). Some nurses are very nice (Yette & Katherine). This was the good part because of which I gave 3 stars. The bad part is the administration. Wait times are horrible. Takes on average 1.5hr for one visit where doctor spends only 5-10min. The worst part is the receptionist and admin staff. I made almost 10 visits. Then my husband changed job and ofcourse insurance. They were very uncooperative to understand the genuine problem of regular patient. Even when I had the details, they wanted the card. I visited other doctors for my kids and everywhere they were nice. Either they accepted the details or not but politely. "Betty" the great in this office was never polite. I offered to pay (myself when she bluntly refused and asked to reschedule) . She said rudely "we do not take Amex". I ofcourse paid by Visa. I wonder why they have recruited such obnoxious people in doctors office where people go when they are already suffering and they don't want to see if not courteous at least not arrogant admin staff. With no medical proficiency and no real authority why do they think they have right to behave this way. read more
