My interactions with the front desk was always helpful and informative. They also handled the covid situation well. They chose the physician who they felt would suit my injury best and placed me with Dr. Michael Grenis. Because of the nature of the injury, I was squeezed in for an appointment pretty quickly. With my first visit, Dr. Grenis seemed short with me and didn't explain anything to me. I chalked it up to being squeezed into his assuming busy schedule. I was examined and x-rayed and outfitted with a new splint. The physician assistant was warm and attentive. My second appointment was not as pleasant. Aside from the fracture in my wrist, I had a lot of pain in my arm that was noticeably bruised and swollen. It kept me up at night and hurt much more than my wrist. He didn't mention anything about it at the initial appointment aside from that it wasn't broken. So when I returned, I asked him to check it again because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Grenis' barked at me 'what do you want surgery??' 'It's a hematoma'. I seek a professionals advice because I'm not a doctor. I never understood what a hematoma was, nor had he mentioned that that's what it was. Nothing was explained to me what it was, about treatment for it, or what I could do for the pain. When he returned to the room I think he realized that he crossed a line and tried to amend his error. Too late. His behavior was intimidating and undermining. I was offered a review in email but didn't want to make it worse for myself.

They used to have very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Now, they are surly (Monroe location especially) and are almost nasty when asked for help. They have kiosks to check in where your ID and credit card are scanned. There are older patients who aren't familiar with computers and I actually watched a few people yelled at! What type of customer service is that? It now takes over 10 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Really? You may even be transferred to a different schedule who never picks up and he has an attitude if you ever get through. Lastly, the cleanliness has gone away. It is a medical office! The Monroe office floor is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Old dried out alcohol pads, dirt, bandages with dark, dried stains, gross. I am looking elsewhere, goodbye Princeton Orthopedics. You used to feel good going from soup to nuts, the desk to the doctor. Now, something has changed. I miss just a few years ago.

Dr funicello is a wonderful doctor. He is very kind , caring…read moreand soft spoken. He explains what the problem is and what procedure he is going to do. I feel very comfortable knowing he will give me the best treatment possible. He has been treating me for back,neck and other areas of pain for about 7 years with great success. I recommend dr funicello very highly. He will always get me in for appts when I need him for a sudden flare up of pain. I recommend the practice highly.

I have been in pain for nearly 4 years and after countless visits to other doctors I was truly starting to feel doomed. "It's your lumbar spine " was the only clear diagnosis I had ever received. These doctors looked past the obvious and were able to systematically troubleshoot the pain through simple trial and error. Although I'm not 100 percent pain free I am able to function and walk reasonably well again. I will continue on my path to recovery with these doctors. Thank you

That finally forced me to change even though it was already in the back of my mind. It was a little bit of chaos trying to schedule an appointment and work through the insurance red tape but I finally got there. I am so glad I did. Dr. Cimato is one of the most kind,considerate and understanding doctor I have ever met. He started off talking to me in his office explaining what new patients go thru, a little bit of history, and the results he hopes to achieve. He took a couple of xrays and did a little heat therapy and we scheduled another appointment for next day so that gave him a chance to read my results. The next day...showed me my xrays and explained in great detail what we could about "fixing" the problem. Although it's not correctable it is manageable. I was sad but their is nothing I can do about it. I'm just happy the pain can be managed. I do hate this saying but it is true "It is what it is." The staff were super accommodating making appointments for me with my funtastic schedule and the Dr. Was wonderful. I can't wait to go back which I will be for obvious reasons. He's patient and only books one patient at a time. He also goes through massage therapy with actual hands and not machines to work out some problem areas. I really appreciate his thoroughness. They are pretty flexible and open to appointments as well, which makes it a lot easier for a working professionals.

She listens well to what I'm dealing with and the exercise and recovery plan she creates for me is always dynamic and I can feel how they are strengthening my body in the way it needs. In the…read morelast year, Matt has diagnosed and developed treatment plans for both IT Band Syndrome and anterior knee pain--common issues that can sideline runners for extended periods. In both cases, Matt got my son competition-ready sooner than expected. After a thorough analysis of my son's gait, he has suggested a series of exercises that deal not only with the short-term pain and also address mechanics for long-term injury prevention. In addition, Matt has gone out of his way to respond to any/all questions via email, always offering thoughtful advice in between appointments that give us all peace of mind. Michael is a excellent physical therapist and so kind and caring to all his patients. Michael worked with me to improve my balance and strength in my legs. As a Polio survivor I already had very weak muscles on my right side. My program consisted of leg marches, leg lifts and using the bars for balance. Michael is so qualified in every way to improve my quality of life. Shout out to David and Paul for also helping me in every aspect of my physical therapy. The therapists at Divine Spine have relieved two distinct issues for me, several years apart. The first was three years ago for intense pain as a result of plantar fasciitis and the most recent was for pain in my upper thigh. I have used all the therapists at this location and each one was as brilliant as the next in evaluating my condition and helping me with the exercises which have relieved each issue.
