Not going to lie, I partially chose to come here because they have a trendy waiting room. When I called, they were able to schedule me within a week, which is unheard of where we moved from! Usually dentists take 6 months to see people. I'm grateful they had room for us. I arrived with our 9 month old and was worried she would be crying throughout the cleaning, but she did great all thanks to the staff. Dental hygienists would pop by and say hi to my daughter, especially when she started getting fussy. One hygienist even brought her a child's toothbrush and this helped keep her entertained the majority of the appointment. My dental hygienist was very kind and bubbly and the doctor was very kind as well. Very grateful for a good experience! My only critique is that they need a changing table in the bathroom!

Most of my dental experiences have been "horrific" since early childhood. The morning of my oral surgery, a friend of mine prayed for me that the surgery was painless, the surgeon's hands were steady, and the recovery quick . The surgery was actually "painless" and the stitches were not felt while Dr. Buck placed them into the extracted area. Dr. Buck is AWESOME. His voice and mannerisms are caring, concerned, and reassuring. When I arrived home, I looked into the bag that his office had given me at "check-out" and to my surprise there was a pamphlet titled "A Letter to My Friends" which asked the reader to accept Christ as their Savior. After reading the pamphlet, I called my praying friend and told her about it. She said "That's Awesome, just think of the number of souls they reach each day." I know that The Lord led me to this office and I am very grateful. Dr. Buck and his staff are awesome from beginning until the end; they have welcoming spirits, warm smiles, and timely knowledge.

I was provided with a folder with all the information I needed for pre op and post op and information about where to go. I felt I had everything I needed and was prepared for the surgery. The day of the surgery, my surgeon came in before the surgery to talk to me and answer any remaining questions I had. He checked on me the next day in the hospital since I had to stay over night. I would feel very comfortable using this practice again if I needed another surgery.

My follow-up visits were nerve-wracking as I was worried about contracting CV-19. While the check in staff did have their masks down, as soon as I crossed the barrier, they put them on. In the waiting room, on both occasions, people were spaced more than 6 feet apart. Some wore masks. Some did not. This was before the mask mandate. Dr. Wood wore his mask the entire time he spoke with me. If you don't feel comfortable with their measures, definitely speak up. However, the MaskUp Jefferson county group has encouraged a vigilante mindset where people who have never been to the practice give bad ratings. That does not sit well with me. I would encourage an prospective patient to go in for a consultation and check them out yourself.

I hate to leave a bad review but I honestly don't want anyone to go through what I went through so…read morehere it goes: I saw Dr. Headley yesterday for a filling and the entire time, he and his assistant were saying "wow it looks so good, I can't even see the difference" and I honestly thought I was crazy when I looked in the mirror because the filling looked so bad to me. I thought that was just how it was supposed to look. I FaceTimed my dad who is also a dentist afterwards and he told me no, if I'm unhappy with it, I should get it fixed or he'll fix it for me next time I go home. I called back this morning to give them a chance to fix it and was told by Dr Headley himself that there is no other shade available, he would not be able to fix it, and I'd have to pay out of pocket for a specialty clinic that does not accept insurance and that this is the best shade match for me. I sought out a second opinion at the Hoover location and they were able to fit me in same day and fix it for free. I'm leaving the pictures below. I understand I was extra picky because it's my front teeth and it affects my smile and daily confidence but I think the difference is insane. I can't believe he didn't tell me to just go get a whiter shade and made me think it wasn't fixable.

My husband and I made appointments and I called 12 hours in advance to cancel then they told me that I didn't call even after showing them my call log. They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.

When I went back to Inverness to get my crown, they told me that I was now an uninsured patient. They bumped up the cost to get the crown by 45%. In addition, I have been noticing at Inverness of a reduction in quality of care and the response on this crown cost was unacceptable. I canceled all my appointments with Inverness and sought the care of another dentist who is using insured rates to charge me for my crown.
