Hers came out fine but mine was to small...the sweatshirt itself had the right size in the tag bt clearly mismarked. A small and a 2x can't be the same size! So I brought it back and they took it and said it will take two weeks and the will call me. Well 3 & 1/2 weeks later I still didn't hear anything so I called and spoke to a man names Chris. He said the sweatshirts were on back order and he will call me the next day to let me know when they would be in. Almost 2 weeks later I still didnt hear back so I called again. Chris said they will be in on the 15th (no explanation as to why he didn't call me back or even an apology). So they will get the sweatshirt on the 15th and send it out to be printed. I ask how long does that take...about two weeks. Are you kidding me? I said I've already been waiting alot longer than I should have n it should be top priority. The season will be over by the time I get it. He said he could try to get it done quicker but can't guarantee it. I said I should get some sort of credit for all this nonsense since it was a factory mistake and he basically said either I get a refund and no sweatshirt or I can take it up with the manufacturer. I went in and spoke with the owner, who was very accommodating and easy to talk to. He said they'd look at it and see what they could do, but came up with every legitimate reason why it would have warped. I was getting ready for battle. Steve, the owner, emailed me after inspecting the board and told me that EESG and the manufacturer, Riviera, would stand by the product and give me a new board. I couldn't have been more satisfied. A great reason to not only go to EESG, but to patronize local vendors instead of buying on-line!

I chose UPS, assuming the higher cost meant faster or at least prioritized handling. It is now February 26, 2026, and the item still has not shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I received this response: "Unfortunately the UPS option is not a fast shipping option." That explanation is baffling. If UPS isn't faster, why is it presented as the premium-priced option? Charging more for a shipping method that doesn't actually expedite processing feels misleading at best. After looking into the company's reputation, I noticed their Trustpilot rating sits around 2.3 stars, with numerous reviews specifically mentioning slow shipping and poor communication. What's even more concerning is the pattern of nearly identical owner replies apologizing and promising to "improve processes," while the same issues continue months later. At some point, repeated apologies stop meaning anything. Paying extra for shipping, waiting a full week without dispatch, and receiving vague explanations is frustrating and disappointing.
