Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately, the parts wouldn't arrive before closing time. That's when Chris went above and beyond. Seeing we were stranded in an unfamiliar town with three kids in tow, he personally drove us to a nearby Super 8. No hesitation, no fuss--just genuine kindness. He even recommended a few local spots to grab dinner, which turned out to be great. The next morning, right on cue at 9:30, Chris called to say our car was ready. They also offered rides for food and to and from the auto shop to the motel because it was over 100 degrees F out.
