I had never before had any issue with "the law" but was cited for a DUI on Halloween (2012)..which completely caught me off guard. I had no idea what to do or how to handle it. Ed took care of everything and I could not have been happier picking him. I was in total shell shock and really lucked out finding him. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Ed! My case was pretty straight forward but I talked to someone in my alcohol course who had a much more complicated situation and he raved about Ed as well. Talking to people in my course also, Ed is very reasonably priced. He is very hard working and was always available to answer my questions as well. In addition, about a year later I had to provide my disposition for a job (background check..and needed it immediately!) and he went straight to the court and faxed it to my employer! It was a lifesaver. Obviously getting a DUI is a pretty unfortunate situation to be in and to make matters worse, dealing with the criminal court and DMV is very very complicated. I would never recommend going through it without a lawyer...I just don't know how I could have gotten through it without Ed. And although Ed handles many cases and is a great lawyer no one wants to write a public review about seeing a DUI lawyer, otherwise I know Ed would have tons of great reviews. I was referred to Ed by another attorney that practices in the same field, who stated that if I was looking for an attorney that knew his stuff, cared about his client's/cases and was honest/reliable that this was the guy. He was right on point. I was dealing with an alleged DUI/refusal and looking at 2 yrs license revocation, and my case had been grossly mishandled by previous counsel to the point of malpractice, and Ed had to clean up the mess. He knew all the pertinent wrinkles in the law, none of which the former counsel had caught, or cared to look for, and was excellent in preparing a record for appeal in the case the DMV officer decided to ignore the law and rule against me, which often happens. Unfortunately my 18 year old son was arrested in March 2013 for 1) DUI 2) possession of more than an ounce of marijuana 3) possession of a fake ID.
