Peter is a rightous man - if your case is not good, he will honestly give you your best options. If your case is winnable, he is your best advocate. Judges know and respect him. Prosecutors become uneasy with him, as he is truly a lion in the courtroom. His filings are detailed, loaded with current and applicable citations. 2) He hates to lose. He will demand that you do your homework and come your memory for details that will help the case. He will make you work and will challenge statements that cannot be proven. He will insist that you double check your recollections so that everything he files or says in court in consistent and strong. His reputation is on the line with every case. 3) He is detailed. He will remember details that you forgot yourself. Also very disrespectfully told me to "stop rambling" as I was a little worried trying to express my concerns, that he did not let me do! Downright disrespectful.
