Went in today to just look around and noticed the Taylormade mini driver in the demo bay and asked if I could swing it a few times and they even let bring my driver to compare and Danny was super helpful! Finally after 5 or 6 years upgraded my babies clubs to a brand called Kalea Premium. She's was killing them during her fitting. Can't wait till next week when she plays with them. My only experience with this business was over the phone and it wasn't a good one. Mentioned I wanted a specific set of clubs and asked if they had them in stock. I was immediately deflected by someone being very short over the phone and said I needed to schedule an appointment, but those were in stock. I said I could be there by 5:00 PM at the very latest (they closed at 6:00 PM). Apparently that wasn't enough time to do a single check out. I assume they benefit from trying to funnel potential customers into fittings, which wasn't necessary for me at that time. Safe to say I bought the clubs elsewhere 2 days later. read more

Showed up on a day where the store was slightly understaffed; Steve was still able to assist me with a detailed fitting and specs for a new set of irons even while simultaneously assisting other customers. His customer service exceeded the knowledge and overall care for my game that I had received at another dedicated fitting facility. Fit went so well decided to buy a 5w as well. I can honestly say this was one of the best buying experiences I have had in a long time. I came in looking for a new iron set and a 5 wood. After being treated indifferently and passed off by the manager Ted (thank God) I was paired up with Russ Woerl. What a stroke of luck this turned out to be. He asked me a series of questions before we got started. He listened to my needs, had me hit a wide variety of shaft and loft combinations and took the time to dial in my exact perfect set of clubs. This took about an hour and not once did he rush me or try to get me out the door. He put me in the perfect set of irons that turned out to be a lot less expensive than I had planned. When was the last time someone didn't try to sell you the most expensive thing?? Rarely!! He also recommended the perfect 5 wood. Again perfect for my needs and not his. I also ended up buying 2 new wedges. Bottom line...Outstanding service from Russ especially in a world of retail incompetence that has gotten so bad I hate to enter brick and mortar stores anymore. Dont shop here if you expect and value respect as a customer. Rude staff, specifically Ted. He smiled at my husbands face and insulted his intelligence at the same time. He had golf grips replaced here. One grip was done incorrectly so he brought it to his attention and asked to have it replaced. Emailed the shop about getting a fitting done. Received no reply. Then decided to go into the shop around 3:45pm to inquire about a fitting. They were currently fitting someone so i decided to hang around and wonder through the store. 3 gentlemen that worked there were all bullshitting around the front desk and didn't even acknowledge me. One gentleman was helping a customer in the simulator doing a fitting so I asked another gentleman who was coming in and out of the the back room about the fittings and he told me I would have to set up an appointment. Well at this point it was around 4pm. So I meandered the store a bit and tested out some putters on the little putting section. At 4:15pm the gentlemen, customer and sales associate completed his fitting and the simulator sat vacant. I asked the group of gentlemen all standing around the front desk if there were any fitting scheduled for the rest of the day. They told me no. I asked if it were possible to get a fitting done since it was only around 4:30pm and they didn't close till 6pm.... I got the most insulting sighs, eye rolls and pretty sure one of them grunted as if I was asking them to actually do their jobs. I then quickly told them I would come back and schedule an appointment another time. DONT GO HERE. The old men that work here are not at all helpful. Getting any sort of of help is like pulling teeth. I have never in my life had this bad of an experience at a retail store. I really thought I was on some sort of fake camera show set up. It was unreal. I left in such a terrible mood and will absolutely never return here let alone spend my hard earned money here. read more

My most recent experience was horrible. A bunch of grumpy old men who don't really care about how they represent the company to the public. I wen't in to see Lee Jacob (great person)but he wasn't working. Needed a few clubs, looked through the used bins, may I say they were terribly disorganized and eventually found 5 clubs that I liked, well over $300 that they probably had $50 invested total. I brought 3 clubs that were less than 6 months old to trade as I didn't need them anymore. May I mention they have all of them on the shelf NEW, that is how new my clubs were. $750 on their shelf and the GOM who waited on me offered nearly nothing in trade, 22% of what I paid 6 months ago, think about that before you take your business here. They were up to the task of making 50 excuses as well, and might I add this was by far what they are best at, making excuses. What a business this was when Edwin still owned and operated it, I cannot believe he allows his name to be associated with such a poorly ran unprofessional business. Could be so much better, no wonder Ted went to Pensacola with a crew like that. If you must go ask for Lee Jacob ONLY, he will treat you fairly with respect. read more
