Then I met my instructor Iina. She has experience and dives around the globe literally hundreds of dives. This is the kind of person I want teaching me to dive. Once we had completed enough of the class to take in our first to open water dives we headed to Dustin harbor and boarded the Mongoose. Where I met Captain and deckhand again great very nice people very knowledgeable and willing to teach. I got my open water dive license. And now I can honestly say that the underwater,high-def pictures you see on your television aren't even close to the experience of being there. This was our introduction to the water sport of Jet Surfing. We had a blast after some great instruction from Tyler. We also used the tubes/float assist to help us stand up to make things extra enjoyable. We were so fortunate that we were able to rent BRAND NEW pontoons! They had a fleet of brand new boats that were just spotless! We had a great time, the price was right, and the product was great. We easily fit a group of ten on our pontoon. A few suggestions: pack a lunch, bring beer, bring cash, bring some cameras, bring some dry bags (there are some dry compartments on the pontoons), hold on to your hats or turn your baseball caps backwards, use common sense, have fun!
