Terrible service and will definitely not come back and she was on her phone the entire time. I was…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at this surf shop. I came in excited to look around and potentially make a purchase, but the customer service completely ruined the visit. I asked what I believed was a very normal and reasonable question about one of the products, and instead of receiving a helpful answer, the employee I spoke with immediately seemed irritated and annoyed that I had even asked. Her tone was rude and dismissive from the start, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by trying to get information about something the store sells. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask questions before making a purchase, especially in a specialty shop where people may not know every detail about the products. Rather than helping me understand what I was looking at, she responded with visible frustration and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. What bothered me most was how unnecessary the interaction felt. I was polite throughout the conversation and wasn't demanding or difficult in any way. I simply wanted assistance, which is one of the basic expectations when visiting a retail store. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated as though my question was stupid or not worth answering. Customer service can make or break a business, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression. A surf shop should be a welcoming place where people of all experience levels feel comfortable asking questions and learning more about the sport and equipment. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and unlikely to return. I hope management takes customer interactions seriously and reminds employees that a little patience and respect go a long way. One rude interaction can easily drive away customers, and based on my experience, there is definitely room for improvement in how customers are treated here. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share. i think her name was kaylee or something and she needs to learn something.

INCREDIBLE customer service!!!…read more This may sound a little crazy, but we have been to the area two years in a row and last year I saw this turtle stuffed animal that I loved but didn't get. I am a turtle fiend, and this specific turtle was made out of a material I really like and I had not seen one like him before. Of course, I regretted this decision for the whole year and when we came back, they still had it, and I, in my indecisiveness, did not get it (I wanted to think on it). On our second to last day, I went to get it and they were sold out. Heartbroken, I asked an associate if they had any in the back, and she said no. I was willing to let it go, but she said that she could ask the other store if they had one for me. After making multiple phone calls and texts, we found out that the other store (over an hour away!) had one (one as in ONE. there was ONE left) and someone there was making a trip down and turned around and grabbed it for me (so we didn't have to drive down there). She told me a time it would be there, and I got my turtle. All she had to say was "No, we don't have it, sorry," but she (and the driver from the other store) went way out of their way to make me happy. Definitely shopping here if we come back for a third time.

So, as Navarre Beach area goes, there are not a lot of souvenir shops. This one happens to be right…read moreacross the causeway for easy access. Here are the pros: easy access from beach Airbrush T-shirt's normal souvenirs you would find in a shop Here are the cons: All tshirts are front printed only. (I don't particularly care for that style. I would rather the large print be on the back) If you are plus sized the selection is very slim. I am by no means a "tree hugger" no offense meant to those that identify with that. But...I was a little disturbed and quite upset to see real sharks inside of a jar (not alive) in blue liquid. Because of this, I will probably never shop with this store again. There is another souvenir shop up the street that I will use. The other shop also supports local artists.
