The sandwiches are more than we can comfortably handle in one sitting, along with some chips and watermelon, so we enjoyed the second half of our dinner for lunch today. I got all the protein, half the red meat and all the flavor of some steak in my extra stuffed cheesesteak sub. Word to the wise, I really dislike their gooey cheese that normally comes with their hot subs but I always swap it for sliced swiss (no charge swap) and it makes a huge difference. My total for the small drink, small fries, and sandwich was about $16, which kind of seems like a lot for fast food but maybe that's normal nowadays.

If you look carefully at the picture of the seating area you can see their pizza dough slow fermenting in the fridge. I saw a pizza come out of the kitchen and it looked pretty good. My wife and I were hungry for a gyros, so we ordered the 2/$25 special. The meat portion was generous, and it was quite moist, not dried out. The tzatziki sauce was a little heavy on the dill (for me, you may love it), and the pita bread was really crumbly making it hard to eat (had to use a knife and fork). We want to come back and try some of the Italian dishes, the pizza in particular. Good spot for lunch!

When we called, they immediately made it right. We received a new order just in time for the end of our game , with many apologies and the great pizza. Will definitely keep ordering from here. Customer service is alive and well at Angelo's, and The Works pizza is highly recommended.
