Unlike some reviewers I did receive the correct parts. My complaint is that they thought it would be a good idea to ship my oil filter cartridge (not a spin-on type) in its retail packaging inside of a bubble envelope. Luckily, the filter membrane wasn't damaged even though the carton was crushed. As a side note, some reviewer think their shipping cost is too high. They apparently haven't order parts from Rock Auto where you get charged extra shipping costs if the parts you order don't all come from the same warehouse, negating some of the savings you get on the parts ordered. read more

I recently ordered an Audi part DEF pump on 8/15/26 and realized that I didn't need it anymore so I requested to cancel it on 8/17/26 Monday when asked the part was not shipped yet so I asked again not to send it then I was told that you can't cancel it now you can refuse the delivery which I did now they got the part back and charged me 124 $ restocking fee on a 582$ part . this is a terrible policy I will never use this site again. I cannot rate this company lower than 1 star. Had an issue with parts and returned them thank you for the label at least. But the parts were listed for the vehcile I was buying parts for however they came the incorrect size. The pads where correct for the vehcile but the rotors where to large. They said that the rotors were the proper size for the vehcile but when I called volvo they Indicated that the rotor size was indeed for the t8 version of the vehcile. Rotors have to be bigger for the electric heavier vehcile. So parts return dispute cancelled with the card company so they can set things right. They never did issue a refund and now they dont respond to emails. I would not recommend buying anything from this company and I hope they go under. read more

I ordered a timing kit with belt accessories for my Volvo from eEuroparts, and the order arrived incomplete -- the accessories that were supposed to come with the kit were missing. I called customer service immediately to let them know, and instead of helping, they told me "everything was sent -- if you didn't get it, it's not our problem." That response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a complete kit, not a partial shipment, and I shouldn't be blamed for missing parts that were never packed correctly. Ordered a Hella BMW fuel pump . Received a fuel pump in Hella's box but apparently it's a fake Hella fuel pump made in China. The seal ring is black and thicker. The clamp is different from the pictures showing on their website, and most critically, it did not fit. There is no bar code on the production. Contacted the customer service and they denied my claim and refused to accept return. Had to buy an OEM product to get the job done. Sent all the required pictures including the BMW OEM fuel pump bought and installed. Basically it's a bait and switch operation. DO NOT BUY. It is no longer the old company. It was bought by its current parent company. They are selling fake made-in-China products (maybe not 100%). But not worth the risk. read more

Beware if you need your parts quickly or require any kind of customer service. Order was placed on Sunday thinking it would ship out on Monday and arrive a few days later. A label was created Monday but the order failed to be given to UPS for a whole week. Called the customer service line which hangs up on you then finally got a response after several emails. Ordered a couple of headlight bulbs on 8-22 (a Thursday). On 8-28 (Wednesday) I noticed they had not shipped, so I called. I was told by the "problem resolution person" that USPS tracking info wasn't reliable (BS, it's always spot on) and they had indeed shipped the parts. I needed to wait the requisite 3-6 business days ... e.g 6 business days, Friday, before any action was necessary. I was assured the parts would arrive. Met the mailman Friday morning - guess what - no parts. Called. A "supervisor" was handling my case but "Was in a meeting". I asked when I could expect to talk to someone ... 12:30p is when he's free and he would call me. Called at 12:45, and at 2:30p, and at 5:00pm. No one could help on the first two calls and guess what ... the wesite is WRONG. THey are NOT available 9a-9p Central time, Mon-Sat. Only (9a-4p Eastern Mon-Fri.). So here we are Sunday, 9-1, eEuro says "shipped", USPS says "label printed but not yet given to them" and eEuro has gone dark. Called Discover to dispute the charge and ordered elswhere. This is the 2nd out of 3 orders where there was a problem, and by far the worst service to date. Though I finally found a great part supplier for my Audi S5. Found a kit to replace my coil packs and spark plugs at a reasonable price. Said free two day shipping so I ordered it with good weather over the weekend I could get them swapped out. Two days later first thing in the morning a delivery truck delivered half of my order (coil packs) in a box big enough for the spark plugs but nope. The plugs were shipped in a different way through USPS. It is now day 8 and according to the tracking it's been sitting in St. Louis for the past 4 days? I live 20 miles south of ST. Louis...this is ridiculous. If you're going to sell your parts as a kit then ship them as a kit. Now who know when I'm going to get the plugs? Not going to do it twice so I have to wait. I wish I had looked at reviews online before ordering from this company. I made a big mistake. I am posting this year in the hope that others will learn from my two experiences. My first order was a disaster and it took over 5 days to get parts delivered to me in Arizona. They sat on my order for over a couple days before a tracking number was even generated by FedEx. to be clear this did not happen over a weekend. It was during the week. I also called the customer support ordering my parts the first time and was assured that orders take only one business day to be processed. I would never have placed a second order after my first experience, except they were the only source I could find for the part that I needed for my Volkswagen. Once again, no quick responses from customer support online like they advertise and when you call their customer support line was put on hold Indefinitely, then went to voicemail. The 1 star is for sending the right part, but it took 2 weeks to arrive in CO from TN, not due to shipping time. It looked perfectly fine on arrival.. I put some 3M spray adhesive on the back of the emblem, installed it on the shift knob, let dry. I then discovered it had small cracks inside that were invisible at first but after the adhesive filled in the cracks and messed up the emblem you could see them. I told eEuroparts this, they said send photos within 5 business days. No problem. They said "After carefully reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a return or claim for the damaged part, as it was installed prior to being reported. It is important to note that damages should be reported immediately upon receipt of the part, so that we can address the issue promptly and accurately." Asked them to reconsider, given the email chain that explained the cracks were not able to be seen until after installation. No response after 5 business days. So be it. They lost a customer over a $25 dollar plastic part and they couldn't care less. read more

use caution - placed a phone order to confirm parts availability. was processed quickly and received on time with one problem - 90% of the order was missing! no struts, bearings, etc, just a small package of gaskets. after calling and speaking to the rep i followed up the next day. the order has yet to have a tracking number!!!! they cant call the warehouse, or a manager, or the shipping department, or get any approximation when it may ship. last time i bother with them and it seems the great reviews they have are just scams as well. very poor business practices. strange their location in tn does not have a valid us phone number with a 615 area code!! oh, by the way, blocked my cell number to flow into voicemail, called from office and had an agent on the phone within 30 seconds!!! read more
