Ordered a Hella BMW fuel pump . Received a fuel pump in Hella's box but apparently it's a fake Hella fuel pump made in China. The seal ring is black and thicker. The clamp is different from the pictures showing on their website, and most critically, it did not fit. There is no bar code on the production. Ordered a couple of headlight bulbs on 8-22 (a Thursday). On 8-28 (Wednesday) I noticed they had not shipped, so I called. Only (9a-4p Eastern Mon-Fri.). So here we are Sunday, 9-1, eEuro says "shipped", USPS says "label printed but not yet given to them" and eEuro has gone dark. Called Discover to dispute the charge and ordered elswhere. This is the 2nd out of 3 orders where there was a problem, and by far the worst service to date. Though I finally found a great part supplier for my Audi S5. Found a kit to replace my coil packs and spark plugs at a reasonable price. Said free two day shipping so I ordered it with good weather over the weekend I could get them swapped out. Two days later first thing in the morning a delivery truck delivered half of my order (coil packs) in a box big enough for the spark plugs but nope. The plugs were shipped in a different way through USPS. It is now day 8 and according to the tracking it's been sitting in St. Louis for the past 4 days? I live 20 miles south of ST. Louis...this is ridiculous. If you're going to sell your parts as a kit then ship them as a kit. Now who know when I'm going to get the plugs? Not going to do it twice so I have to wait. They sat on my order for over a couple days before a tracking number was even generated by FedEx. to be clear this did not happen over a weekend. It was during the week. The 1 star is for sending the right part, but it took 2 weeks to arrive in CO from TN, not due to shipping time. It looked perfectly fine on arrival.. I put some 3M spray adhesive on the back of the emblem, installed it on the shift knob, let dry. I then discovered it had small cracks inside that were invisible at first but after the adhesive filled in the cracks and messed up the emblem you could see them. I told eEuroparts this, they said send photos within 5 business days. No problem. They said "After carefully reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a return or claim for the damaged part, as it was installed prior to being reported. It is important to note that damages should be reported immediately upon receipt of the part, so that we can address the issue promptly and accurately." Asked them to reconsider, given the email chain that explained the cracks were not able to be seen until after installation. No response after 5 business days. So be it. They lost a customer over a $25 dollar plastic part and they couldn't care less. read more
