Brought my 2015 F150 in for an oil change, unannounced, no appointment, rainy day.

I am a busy woman. I mean busy. I contacted 9 Hyundai dealerships. I was working closely with 3 of…read morethem. I literally had an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle. I drove an hour and a half to one on my only day off in two weeks, who had run my credit and knew exactly what I wanted. I came to buy a car unseen. It was scheduled to arrive the first week of Sept. But the salesperson never gave me numbers (payment & interest rate) and tried to put me in a vehicle they already had. Considering my time crunch, it wasn't a good idea. He kept saying "it takes 3 hours to buy a car". This process felt more like a break up from an abusive person than buying a new car. So I left without purchasing anything. Two days later Wilson county motors called to say they just got the car I wanted in. (I was on their list). I explained my troubles before and asked if they could accommodate a busy person. Absolutely! They ran my credit, prepared my car, took a down payment on the phone and made me an appt for two days later to finish up. They had me in and out in less than an hour! I think all car buying should be this easy. Some times we just need people to listen. I should also add that the other two dealerships had marked the car up $8000-$10,000 more than Wilson county motors. We will be back and refer all of our friends! Everyone was wonderful ! Tom (the finance specialist), Internet specialist, and Bobby our sales person!

My initial experiences with them started out favorably- I needed a radiator replaced on my truck…read moreand they had it done in about a week. However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.

I'm beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed with the level of service I've received…read more I brought my vehicle in because it displayed a persistent error message on the infotainment screen stating it needed to be serviced and brought to the dealer. This isn't just cosmetic--the vehicle is currently unable to receive critical OTA updates, including important safety updates, because the download and install process is stuck and requires a reset by the dealer to restart. I specifically requested to speak with the technician so I could show them the issue and the error message directly. I was told that wasn't possible. I then provided a clear photo of the error message. Despite this, when I picked the car up, the message was still on the screen--unchanged. Nothing had been fixed. When I immediately pointed this out to the service team, I was casually told to just drive the vehicle and the message would go away. That's not a solution--that's dismissive. It's been three days and a few hundred miles later, and the same error continues to appear, exactly as before. This tells me one thing: the issue was never actually addressed, and yet you handed the car back to me as if it were resolved. That's unacceptable. I brought the car in for a known and documented problem that is affecting system functionality, and you knowingly returned it to me in the exact same broken state. This is a complete failure of service, communication, and accountability--and it needs to be rectified immediately.

I rarely leave reviews, but experience with Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC's service department…read morewarrants a clear warning to others. Sales process may appear professional at first, but support after purchase is where this dealership fails. Once paperwork is signed, responsiveness declines sharply. Service department communication is inconsistent, timelines shift without explanation, and follow-through on promised work often requires repeated calls and visits. Service visits felt disorganized. Vehicles sit without updates. Calls go unreturned. Basic questions about diagnostics or repair status receive vague answers rather than clear information. What should be routine service becomes unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. Most concerning is attitude toward post-purchase support. When problems arise shortly after purchase, expectation is partnership with dealership to resolve issue. Instead, experience reflects reluctance, minimal accountability, and little urgency to address customer concerns. A dealership ultimately proves its value not during sale, but in months that follow. In this case, service department performance undermines confidence in entire operation. Recommendation: if considering purchase here, carefully evaluate how important reliable service support will be after transaction. Based on my experience, expectations should be set very low.
