I would start to get a bit of confidence in them and then they would do something shady or dishonest to ruin it. Moe at M&M is different. My coworker brought me along with him to pick up his car and when my Lexus LS400 started having issues I brought it in. That was about a year ago and I have come to Moe for everything from oil changes to engine repairs since then. Every time I come in he works hard to find out the REAL problem with the car and fixes it. He will look around and try and find the best buys on parts for your car as well. Oh and my car battery caught fire shortly after. These were the only mechanics I used since purchasing the vehicle from Park Place.

I went there as they gave free estimates, unlike dealerships that charge want $100 deposit just to look at your vehicle. My only complaint is that although the part ordered was guaranteed, the labor to replace the faulty part was not guaranteed. So instead of paying another $100, (in addition to the $400 already paid,) I opted to try to fix the issue on my own, (a car seat that was installed moldy and rusted.) Again, nice family-run business, but as a small business they maybe can't afford the same guarantees as bigger companies.

I was the second person in the door that morning and first person, and many after me, were long gone.
