My feelings about the situation haven't changed, simply because finding out by text while trying to schedule my next appointment was unexpected after being a consistent patient for so long. But I do want to acknowledge his message and the sincerity behind it. I've always had positive experiences with him and his team, and I will truly miss this office and the care I received. The bigger issue here is the system itself. Our health insurance landscape has become so chaotic and unpredictable that both patients and providers end up caught in the crossfire. The waiting area is clean, quiet and honestly have never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Staff wear masks and clients do as well. The acupuncturist Joon listens to what's going on with you and is very patient. He didn't have to needle me to understand my myriad of aches and pains. Needless to say, since I've been coming here my fatigue is not as severe and the pain seems more manageable. I have to stick it to him, he knows what he's doing. Does it hurt? A bit. Uncomfortable is more like it. But after a session of being a human pincushion, the needles work their magic and a few days later I'm feeling like a rejuvenated person.
