We waited patiently for them to give us the new patient documents to complete and that never happened. When we arrived they told her our insurance is just a discount plan and not any actual coverage and we were encouraged to use their self pay discount. She also had her fill out all the paperwork again there. My wife said the appointment went great and the doctor was nice. We were then paired up with the most unpleasant woman ever to help try on glasses. She clearly was not a fan of the lesbians standing in front of her. After searching for glasses and questioning our actual insurance coverage, I decided not to give this place another dime! So we paid for the eye exam and some photos and went on our way. When we got home I called the insurance, sure enough... 100% coverage and a huge allowance on frames and lenses. So frustrating! I went back in and asked that they refund my card and charge the insurance since this was their fault. They refused so I filed the claim myself. Silly that I even had to and so happy not to waste our time on buying frames from here after reading everyone else's terrible reviews after ordering.

However a year later I just left from the office and the young girl light skinned with glasses was in a sour mood like she didn't want to come in that day and you would leave the room to talk about me to other associates not the doctor when I explained to her I have an anxiety about things getting close to my face but it's not to severe just tell me what you're about to do. However, she seems so annoyed and bothered the whole time and when the doctor walked in she had the same rushed vibe like they had a lot going on when I was the ONLY PATIENT getting checked at the time! Ridiculous! Also, when I expressed to the doctor I was done with the exam and will reschedule with the other doctor she proceeded to ignore me anyway even though at this point I was visibly annoyed and ready to leave. I would give it one star but because of that amazing experience I had the first time I wouldn't think anything like this would happen. Do better!
