We had an initial consult with Dr Gada. His bed side manors were awesome. He seemed to really care…read more After the consult we decided to move forward with our fertility journey. Just to give you an idea of what all procedures we did with him, here's a list. 1- IUI 2- Egg Retrievals 2- Transfers (one was only an attempt) 1- Polyp removal surgery Once the initial great consult was over..... we almost NEVER saw the Dr. We saw him only for the major procedures. Never for sonograms. Never for appointments leading up to the procedures. Not even for our IUI. We didn't even talk to him at any point during or leading up to our IUI. A nurse performed the IUI, not him. After my first egg retrieval we decided to get our embryos PGT tested. The company that they sent our biopsy's to..... LOST OUR BIOPSIES. It took a month and a half to get the results in on if our embryos were okay or not. Every time we would call the company to ask if they had found them, they didn't even know what I was talking about. I called Dr Gadas office on two different occasions in tears that nobody would help me and they lost our biopsy's. We were informed it was up to me to figure it out. They wouldn't even call the company for me. It was DEVASTATING. A nurse gave me the company's representative number and said "Maybe this will help, there's nothing else I can tell you." Fast forward to our transfer. Again- One of the only times we see the Dr. I ended up having a miscarriage. Never talked to the Dr, not even a phone call once it was confirmed I was having a miscarriage. I finally called the office to see if we could talk to the Dr to see if we would change protocol, or If he had any idea what happened. We were informed he could "maybe call us on a Tuesday when he got off work." I pleaded for them to ask if he could call after 5:30 as I had to work that day (they wouldn't let us pick any other day.) We were told they would leave him a note and that's the best they could do. Sure enough, he called at 4. I couldn't answer the phone so he had to talk to my husband. My husband recorded the conversation so I could hear it later..... he wouldn't even get my chart out to look at it during the conversation. Fast forward to egg retrieval number 2. We again asked if we could talk to the dr to see if our second egg retrieval would follow different protocol..... again.... We were told he would "try to call us on a Tuesday after work"..... and again.... He didn't even have my chart pulled when he talked to us. We were nothing but another cow in his cattle call. Fast forward to my next transfer. They MISSED my ovulation and we had to scrap the ENTIRE cycle. No call from the Dr. No changed protocol. We didn't even request a call from the dr after that. On top of the Dr complaints, many times the nurses missed things. You're never assigned one nurse. You talk to the office through a portal. So many times you talk to multiple people who don't know what you're talking about. Because of this MANY times we had to remind THEM to send in a prescription. On one occasion they didn't even remember they were going to put me on birth control to speed up my transfer date. I had to go over it with them and request it be done. Unbelievable. My husband was FURIOUS. The amount of negligence was so upsetting and truly disturbing. We stayed with him so long because we kept thinking "We're almost done after this procedure." But then we'd have something else go wrong and when all was said and done, we were with him almost exactly a year to the day. We were nothing but a cattle call. The real kicker. Dr Gada was SO HARD to get ahold of and NEVER was there for ANY appointment other than a procedure. But once we decided to leave, he immediately called me and asked if there was anything he could do and if I was okay. A YEAR We waited for him to talk to use and at least act like he cared. Fast forward to now. We switched Dr's and the difference was night and day. We were assigned a nurse and she's the only nurse we talk to. And she answers all our emails and has regular meetings with us to make sure we feel secure in all our decisions. We see the Dr EVERY visit unless it's something super minor like a blood drawl. The level of care is SO UNBELIEVABLY different. Once we got away from Dr Gada I started reaching out to other women. Here's what I figured out. Years ago he cared a lot and was super attentive, but once his numbers got to where they are now, he does as little as possible and relies on his nurses to do everything else. And on top of that, his nurses are vastly over worked. All I can conclude is it's now about the money for him. My husband decided half way through this I would leave this review no matter if he got me pregnant or not because the care was so awful. We finally left, not pregnant. But not becoming pregnant is NOT why this review is being left. It is the level of care, or lack there of should I say.

Dr. Nackley is by far the best doctor that I have ever had the privilege of meeting (her husband is…read morealso an awesome GI doctor). Dr. Nackley took care of me for 6+ months through fertility treatments. As an attorney, I wanted to do all the research I possibly could about the treatments and the good/bad. Dr. Nackley talked with me, helped me with my concerns, and answered all my questions. Please at least go in and consider meeting with her before you choose a doctor - she is amazing! For those patients that are complaining that the nurses are all they see, say something! I didn't see Dr. Nackley for a while for sonograms (which happen a lot when going through treatments) and for the remainder of my treatment she was at all my appointments and I made them when she was going to be at the office. Also, please remember that this is a fertility clinic and the area of practice is a very emotional one so those that didn't get pregnant under a doctor's care should not fault the doctor.

I'm now pregnant after my first embryo transfer, no invasive surgery, no reproductive issues, but…read moreonly because I left Care Fertility and went to the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology, thanks to Dr. Saleh. Changing clinics was the best decision I could have made. At Care Fertility, I was diagnosed with failed implantation and chronic endometritis, without any clear explanation of how they reached that conclusion. No one ever explained their reasoning to me directly. Instead, I was told I needed a hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy to "ensure the anatomical health" of my uterus. This felt misleading and confusing. How can someone be diagnosed with chronic endometritis without proper testing? And how can I be told I had failed implantation when I had never even underwent an embryo transfer? When I moved to my new clinic, they thoroughly reviewed my records and confirmed that I didn't have any of the issues Care Fertility had diagnosed. That original diagnosis was simply wrong. It left me wondering if Care Fertility had already decided my cycle would fail, and were preparing a false diagnosis to blame it on me instead of their protocol. It felt like they were setting the stage to shift responsibility if things didn't work out. It felt like they were preparing for the possibility of doing something wrong. That possibility is not only disturbing. it's infuriating. I was also told on two separate occasions, that I had two 4AA embryos. But when I requested the official embryo grading, the records showed one 4AA and one 3BA. I had specifically mentioned the embryo grades they gave me in both email and phone conversations, and no one ever corrected me. It was only when I called out the discrepancy that they finally said, "The embryologist must have misspoken." That kind of careless communication is unacceptable, especially when patients are making emotional, medical, and financial decisions based on that information. They also require you to sign an arbitration agreement before becoming a patient. That felt suspicious to me, like they were more focused on protecting themselves than being accountable to patients. It felt like they were preparing for the possibility of doing something wrong. Patients trust clinics like this with their bodies, their futures, and their embryos. I left Care Fertility feeling that transparency was lacking--and that critical information was often shared only verbally, without documentation. That made me uncomfortable. It also made me wonder how many other patients might be receiving inaccurate or incomplete information. If you're having doubts about this clinic, trust your instincts and watch for red flags. Save your emails. Ask for everything in writing. You deserve a clinic that's honest, ethical, and puts your health first. (UPDATE) Dr. Kathy was the only one who diagnosed me with chronic endometritis. Also failed implantation even before the embryo transfer. Before I came to your clinic all my test results were normal even the lab results from your clinic were normal. Also if I do have such nonsensical diagnoses, my other clinic did not recommended those unnessecary procedure and I had a successful embryo transfer on the first try. Don't gaslight me and say it's from my primary physicians. They recommended no such thing. Your responses are defensive lies. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. Read other reviews. They have poor reviews for good reasons.

Instead of keeping patients informed, they rely heavily on the patient portal, leaving us to chase down answers ourselves. I paid $185 out of pocket for lab work and never received a call to discuss my results. I ended up uploading the report into ChatGPT just to understand what it meant because no one from the clinic reviewed it with me. My husband provided a semen analysis sample on March 24, 2026, and we paid $160 out of pocket. Despite us explaining multiple times that we were self-pay patients, the office repeatedly called asking for his insurance information. However, they never called with the test results. After months of trying to get answers and making numerous phone calls, we finally reached someone on July 16, 2026, only to be told they couldn't find the semen analysis in their records. We were transferred to another staff member, sent to voicemail, and, based on our experience, I don't expect anyone will call us back. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and heartbreaking. When you're seeking fertility care, you expect compassion, clear communication, and competent follow-through. Unfortunately, we experienced none of those things. At this point, even if the clinic were to locate the missing results or offer us a refund, we've lost confidence in their ability to manage our care and will be seeking treatment elsewhere. Their motto is "Where Hope Is Born." Sadly, our experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of giving us hope, this clinic left us feeling ignored, disappointed, and discouraged during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives.

I truly wish my experience had matched the level of care I felt at the beginning--but…read moreunfortunately, it did not. Before paying the global fee, I felt like an important patient. I felt heard, valued, and taken seriously. However, once the payment was made, everything changed. I began to feel like just another number--unheard, dismissed, and overlooked. I came in with concerns about unexplained fertility issues on my side. At 32 years old with no natural pregnancy since I was 22, I knew something wasn't adding up. I tried to express these concerns to Dr. Le and even questioned whether further investigation--like a laparoscopy--should be done before moving forward with IVF. Those concerns were not taken seriously. Later, my OB-GYN diagnosed me with endometriosis, which should have been explored sooner. To make matters worse, I had a cancelled IVF cycle. At that time, Dr. Le clearly told me--multiple times--that I would NOT be charged because he felt the cancellation was due to his error. Now, the office is attempting to bill me anyway, and I'm being told he "doesn't remember saying that." That is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would never have agreed to proceed otherwise. After going through a failed IVF cycle--spending my inheritance on the global fee and medications--I returned for a follow-up, only to be told we should consider laparoscopy and IUI. I even asked why those options weren't explored before IVF, and I never received a meaningful answer. Those steps could have saved me significant emotional stress and financial loss. What hurts the most is the lack of empathy. In the beginning, there was optimism and reassurance. Over time, that disappeared. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and ultimately forgotten as a patient. This has been an extremely painful experience--emotionally and financially. I trusted this clinic with something incredibly important, and I feel let down at every stage after payment was made. I sincerely hope they take accountability, especially regarding the cancelled cycle charge that I was explicitly told would not happen. At the very least, I believe some effort should be made to make this right--whether that's honoring what was promised or offering a reasonable path forward. VERY DISSAPOINTED. And as usual with this clinic, I still feel as if I'm only a number and no sincerity with the Care.... --Hailey V.
