I've been going here since they opened, and I'm so happy that they just expanded to open another space across the street! The old space was beautiful but this new space is a vibe . I look forward to coming to see my brow and lash queen Andrea because she always makes me feel pampered and beautiful. She only recommends products or services she knows I will love. I have been going to this spot for a couple years to get my eyebrows done as it's cute and close to home. I had an appt for a brow wax and lash lift and had an emergency pop up the morning of, I called the location to let them know I wouldn't be making it. They informed me that since it's within 24 hours of the appt, their policy is to charge half the cost of the appt which was $90 total, so I would be charged $45 for zero services received and then they asked if I'd like to reschedule. I told them if I was going to be charged $45 for having to cancel and receiving no services, I would not be coming back and spending more money there. They completely dismissed me and charged my card, so they took $45 over continued loyalty and months of future visits I would have made. Bad business and bad customer service. read more

Before Embellash I would get my lashes and eyebrows done for special occasions only, but they do SUCH an amazing and flawless job that you cannot stay away. The staff is wonderful and the salon is super clean. Everything is done so hygienically and with amazing music in the background. I feel so comfortable and I trust the staff, so I end up taking a short nap during my services. The neighborhood is also very cute and so much to do once you're already here. I went for threading services. It is a cute spot and you can tip using your credit card. I liked that you could schedule your appointment and there was a variety of options for services. I was rushed because I went in during my lunch but I was hoping for the eyebrow shaping service I thought I had scheduled. I did share with the esthetician I don't like rounded eyebrows but I ended up leaving with that shape. She showed me how I could pencil in/shape my eyebrows which was nice but the shape isn't my style. I thought maybe when I got home and combed my eyebrow hairs I could just clean it up but I wasn't able to. If I return, it will have to be when I have more time and will need to maybe bring pictures to show how other estheticians have shaped my eyebrows before . I think that would've helped better explain what I wanted. read more

Second time visiting and would definitely recommend Tabitha. I came in for a brow wax and she was gentle, knowledgeable and receptive to what I wanted done. I have been trying to grow my brows so she drew out a shape and consulted with me for approval. I really appreciated this as it has been a long time to get them grown to where they are at now. I go to Monica for Brazilian waxes and she does a great job. I can tell she's very knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. I struggle a lot with ingrown hairs and Monica gives me great suggestions to help eliminate those ingrown hairs. Not only is this the cutest space, but seemed right on time considering it is International Women's Day. ChiChi and Andrea took great care of me. ChiChi worked her magic on my lashes giving me a natural cateye effect. My brows had been microbladed and Andrea made sure to stay within the lines of my brows and was a true professional. I refuse to go anywhere but here for any of my brow needs! Like, when I tell you that when Vivi went on maternity leave my brows and I stayed at home till she came back lol. The girls are so professional and always provide their expert opinion on what would be best. I got the lamination and my brows have never looked better! The lady who did my lashes was super nice and the place was cute and very clean. However, my lashes have not been lasting. I got a fill done a week ago and I've lost nearly half of my lashes. This was the first time I've come here so definitely disappointing. I'm a college student so the salon I go to back home has never left me with losing a ton of lashes within a week of getting a full/full set. I'm just sad because lash extensions are not cheap. read more

So I came here twice. the first time was for lash extensions which were done by Priscilla and they were good. I arrived, she took care of me promptly, she told me what to do and not to do since I had never had extension before. They came out nice and the price wasn't bad. The next time, I had a lash lift by Andrea. Now, I have had a lash lift before, so I knew what my natural lashes should look like after a lift. Unfortunately, after she was done, my lashes literally looked the same. Not curled. I have pretty long lashes and I curl them daily with an eyelash curler, so I was excited to not have to do this again. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. Worst of all, the next day I was leaving on vacation so I couldn't do much about it. Such a waste of money. read more

Pretty reasonably priced, clean and cute facility, easy parking, have never had issues getting an appointment or walking in, although Saturday's can be busy. I come to get my lashes and brows dyed, I usually wax my own brows. I recently started having Embellash wax my brows and I am glad I did because they are great! This place has been on my mind for months & I finally made a decision to try it out, and I really loved it. When I walked in, I was given a consent form I had to sign to make sure I was aware and agreed to their policies. Embellish Bar is such a cute eyelash salon! Today was the first time I had my lashes done by vivi. Vivi is super sweet! The interior is cute and very clean. I felt comfortable while Vivi was doing my lashes. Appointments are required. Limited street parking is available. I will return in 3 weeks for a touch up! This was my first time here and I had gotten a lash lift, the girl Priscilla who did my lashes did not explain to me afterwards what to do and what not to do. I was upset because I felt rushed towards the end. 1. Didn't clean up my lashes well. 2. My left lash wasn't as tinted as the right lash. Secondly, the receptionist did not seem very friendly, not very enthusiastic at all her energy made me not what to come back. I've been going to get lifts and eyelash extensions with Vivi for a couple years now. I don't think I will ever leave her. Her work is exceptional, treats you with respect and you will always feel welcome and comfortable. I've gotten comments from people that it's over priced but when I mention that I am able to keep my lash extensions for as long as 5 weeks they automatically change their opinion.
