The actual conversation made during threading was pleasant and nice. Cons: I paid for full-face threading, and when I got home I realized that the person absolutely mangled my face. I have multiple bleeding, open wounds, and cuts on my face. I did not have acne, I have never had accutane, and I have never in my life had a reaction like this to threading. Redness? Puffiness? Totally normal and not cause for concern. Open cuts are another thing. I did not notice at the moment of threading because I was only told to look at my brows, and the appointment was already running late, so I was trying to make it to my next thing on time. In addition to horrible open cuts which I will need to watch for infection and pray will not leave scars...multiple areas of my face still had patchy bits of hair left. So, not only did I pay $50 for the privilege of having my skin cut open by someone....there was also hair left? If you visit, do NOT ask for threading, this is either inexperience or incompetence. Came here for a lash lift and tint and a brow lamination and tint about 5 weeks ago! Waited to…read morereview because I wanted to give honest results! The place is huge and clean! Staff is very friendly! The girl who did my services was lovely! I like the brow lamination a lot. The tint was wiped off a second after putting it on for my brows and I never noticed a different with the tint. The brow lamination lasted about 3-4 weeks. I wish the tint showed up, maybe it needs to be on more than 1 second, although she did say if left on longer it would be too dark but I did not notice a difference. For the lash lift I am upset about this service. My lashes were pretty crooked/all over the place. The service also made a lot of my lashes fall out. I really wanted to love this. I am open to trying again, I've seen great results on other people. Maybe I just need to try a different technician.
