It was easy to make an appointment online. My appointment started right on time. Julia took her time with my brows to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She mapped out my ideal brow shape and used a combination of waxing, tweezing, and trimming to get them looking perfect. She was very gentle too - I barely felt the wax removal! Pricing is fair and on par with other specialty waxers in the area. I had a much better experience here than I did at waxing chains in the area. I will come back here again and have Julia do my brows when it is time for a touch up.

She's super patient and easy going. The only "complaint" I can think of is pretty standard among any salon you go to in the Chicago area which is the wait. Staff is very friendly! The girl who did my services was lovely! I like the brow lamination a lot. The tint was wiped off a second after putting it on for my brows and I never noticed a different with the tint. The brow lamination lasted about 3-4 weeks. I wish the tint showed up, maybe it needs to be on more than 1 second, although she did say if left on longer it would be too dark but I did not notice a difference. For the lash lift I am upset about this service. My lashes were pretty crooked/all over the place. The service also made a lot of my lashes fall out. I really wanted to love this. I am open to trying again, I've seen great results on other people. Maybe I just need to try a different technician.

Even when I called then I was asked if I wanted to mask up and come in and I little taken aback at the staff and management's willingness to risk safety. I was then told well do you want to move it to later and my response was, "I will still have the flu later." They charged me but said it would be credited at my next appointment and it was. Fast forward. I have a birthday trip coming up and I originally booked my appointment for Wednesday morning but then changed it to Tuesday evening at 8:30. My car fob died and my car is push to start. I called them immediately and said I could uber but it would get me there five minutes after the grace period. They said I was the last appointment of the day so they wouldn't allow even though they're open til 9 and I would have made it by 8:45. I ask if I can come at 9 as they had complete open avails for Wednesday from 9 to 3 PM.. I was told no. I would be charged for tonight and then again the next day. I say this is ridiculous as I am a regular, this is out of my control and you've had no appointments all night except for me. I did not cost the business money. You are supposed to stay open til 9 and I have offered two solutions. I am not going to pay 150 for a wax because i am being double charged. So, I book elsewhere. This morning at 9 AM, I get a call saying they will grant me a one time courtesy to walk in between 9:30 and 4:00 as they have lots of openings. I state that I said this yesterday and they told me that they are enforcing policy and that yesterday I was told I could not make another appointment and this is different as it is a walk in. I said it isn't given that there's no one on the books. The point is, I could've been accommodated. I told them I booked elsewhere and I wont be back. Marking me as a no-show when I called ahead to explain what was going on is honestly a little crazy to me. They are so callous and cold. The front desk can be very non-chalant and rude. Happy to receive my services elsewhere moving forward. Update - they have responded saying this has happened multiple times. It literally has not. It happened one time when I had the flu. I had a doc appointment the same day and wanted to be proactive. At the end of the day your staff and this response is absolutely why I will not be coming back to your awful customer service. So I guess we are both fortunate and blessed. Calling me to offer an appointment I could have gotten yesterday and not allowing me to arrive three to five minutes after the grace period for a situation beyond my control is nuts. You close at 9. I would have been done by then. This establishment never needs to worry about me. Terrible management. Terrible staff. My favorite waver left and I will be following her regardless. She said she hated working here and your waxers consistently complain about how you make them uncomfortable and that these rules are unnecessary as you all do not stay booked - ie - all time slots open today from 9 to 3. Your turn over is high and it will continue to be because the establishment is run by raggedy, unkind people.

A no chip pedi was 17 credits which was a bit pricey, but I was pleased with the quality of services. The nail spa itself is very nice, clean, and was consistently being sanitized by workers while I was in there. The pedicure chair was one of the most comfortable ones I've sat in, and I loved the little touch screen tablet used for the massage features. The woman who did my nails was very kind and we had some great conversation. She talked me through each step and let me know price differences for each type of pedicure.
