Dr Sim always finds a way to improve my physical health through his chiropractic procedures and he always finds a way to crack me up with his jokes. He's a real solid guy who cares about everyone who steps through his door. The staff are just a cool. My only con is the wait time. Sometimes there's a little wait even though you have an appt, however, it's never to long. I also wish they would bring back a masseuse but that's out of his control at the time.

When I got there they told me that the office manager and doctor said I wasn't going to be seen unless I paid a certain amount of my balance. I explained that I have been in n out of the hospital that I could do a certain amount only and they refused. I had to come to the er only because they didn't do their job right. They knew what i was getting done so they should have ran my insurance first then doing procedure. Now I am here with tremendous pain at the er hoping I get seen.
