They offer a mix of well trained instructors who each adapt to the individual needs. Classes are small 3-6 usually. And classes are varied for a whole body and mind workout. I used IPL for underarms via a groupon deal (was only $99) for several sessions and laser hair removal for the rest of my body. The IPL only delayed hair growth for a while whereas the laser got rid of hair permanently. Make sure you ask any laser place what type of machine they use as there are other technologies out there that don't work as well (the research on this is pretty clear just google laser types). However your options might be limited for what types of laser can by used on you depending on your hair/skin color. The Alexandrite works best for light skin and dark hair and is dangerous to use if you have dark skin. There is another machine for people with darker skin - sorry I forget what it is called (but sadly it doesn't work as well).

I was told the office was out of Botox so they injected me with another " similar" product. I waited about a week, not seeing much improvement, I contacted their office: "You have to give it a couple of weeks" I was told. Then on, or about, the 3rd week I contacted the office again. I was given an appointment (follow-up) a few days later. When I presented myself, still during the 3rd week of my first visit. I was told that a different provider was scheduled so I had to pay for the treatment ( tweaking). And also, the front desk said, "I had waited too long " !! Bottom line, I didn't ask for a different provider, they scheduled it. And I didn't wait too long to contact them ( all happened within 30 days). And I had called their office at least 2 times regarding the lack of result. Yeah, I'm disappointed.
