    Crab boil

The address on yelp is not correct. It's at the Wyandot golf course. The wait was a bit (20 minutes). Saturday at noon. I ordered the crab boil and boyfriend ordered chicken and waffles

Was on our way to Mohican State Park and needed a bite to eat so we stopped off at Eggmann's given the reviews we had seen. It was a great experience! The staff were attentive, the atmosphere was ok, but a unique touch was that their coffee cups were all unique which we liked. The food was incredible. I had the classic breakfast and the eggs were perfect and potatoes were well seasoned. My other friends got the waffle sandwich and the sausage and gravy. Both said they were good and both had the same compliments on the eggs. I can see this place being VERY busy when the golf season is in full swing. Will definitely be back.

OMG... This place is Awesome... It is really in a not easy to find location but it is worth finding. The service was good. The restaurant decor was simple but cute. The food was amazing. They start you out with a piece of this desert waffle (they had some fancy french name for it) which was delicious. Wifie had the turkey club which was well made with plenty of turkey and a greens salad. I chose there pick 2 waffles which were both banana based and unique. I prefer the peanut butter chocolate one but the were both very delicious. The price was very reasonable and the food was very high quality so this place is a win... Worth the drive to Centerburg.

*old location* BLT add avocado and egg, waffle fries, mimosa flight, California burrito with black beans
    Lauren B.

The first time dining with Eggmann's at their original location I ordered the BLT K's way with avocado and an egg. The BLT was good. Waffle fries were solid. I ordered the mimosa flight, which was a really fun addition to my brunch. My boyfriend got the California burrito with black beans. The burrito definitely needed the addition of hot sauce. The coffee was delicious. Overall it was a really good experience. Recently, we dined at the new Wyandot golf course location. There are no longer cocktails offered on the menu, but I was told I could go to the golf course's pro shop to order a cocktail and bring it back to my table. The lady working the pro shop was super friendly and fun. She made me a vodka, orange juice, and pineapple juice concoction for only $5. To eat, I ordered the chicken salad croissant with waffle fries and my boyfriend got the chicken and waffle. The chicken salad is tasty and the croissant is nicely toasted. I forgot to add avocado to the order, which definitely would have been nice! The waffle fries are good. My boyfriend's chicken and waffle was a large portion. The sriracha flavor really came through in the waffle. The mashed potatoes were alright. The addition of hot sauce elevated the meal. The biggest difference to me is the atmosphere and energy of the new location. It's much quieter with less character. The removal of cocktails from the menu with the ability to go get a cocktail myself from a different location was a little strange. Even just a list of available drinks at the pro shop would have been helpful since it wasn't clear what I could order.

    Pepper piles

I've usually had good experiences at Eggman's. Their service people are amazing, so nice and helpful every time. I love the little notes in our to-go boxes. However...I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs and, while good, there's just two piles of pepper on both eggs. The bosses need to order pepper shakers!

Everything we ordered was wonderful. I had the Chicken Salad on a Croissant with Strawberry Fields Salad. I will definitely go again next time we are in the area.

My experience here was terrible, in my opinion. I brought my parents and one of my daughters. I'll…read moreadmit they were more forgiving than I am here. We arrived around noon on a Friday. All tables were full. There is nothing that is worse in service than making people not feel welcome when you walk into an establishment. I don't need much. A hello, an acknowledgement, a welcome, sorry we'll be with you shortly....None of that. We stood awkwardly at the front of the restaurant half inside the doorway behind another family. The other family nor our family were not acknowledge for about 15 minutes. I tried to make eye contact and kind of nod at some of the wait staff and people behind the counter to make sure they understood we would like a table, but they flat-out ignored us. As if we didn't exist and they didn't want us there. It was kind of sad, really. The other family that was waiting eventually left after a while of realizing we may not be seated and we were not welcome. After about those 15 minutes, three tables of people finished at the same time. The waitress came over and said we could sit in a booth wherever. Yes, kind of like that. Sit wherever. It was clear they didn't want us there. We were inconveniencing them. Getting our waters and ordering our food was fairly straightforward, but the same vibes: not friendly nor welcoming. We waited longer at the table than I would've expected for waters and ordering, considering we'd now spent 30 min in the building and had hardly been acknowledged, but she did take our order. It was after 11am, so no breakfast options. Hmm, okay I get it I guess. That's fairly common for a diner. My only option as a vegetarian is a grilled cheese and french fries (pictured, after eating half the sandwich, about 12 french fries were included). It tasted good, but it was tiny. It was a kids'-sized portion. I was unsure of how a grown man was supposed to call this a meal. It was cheap enough, but I would've paid a couple more bucks for a larger portion, maybe a full side of french fries? All else was fine. The mood/vibe never changed. We weren't checked on, until we waved her over for more water and our bill. We paid our bill at the counter. I don't think I have high expectations. I just want them to...be okay with us being there? Provide service? (I always leave a tip, but I'm not sure what I was tipping for...) It's no excuse, but maybe they thought we were out of towners? I've lived here for 15 years, but it was definitely giving "you're not our people" type of vibes.

I had a fried bologna sandwich with onions and pickles, which was great. The only reason I don't give them five stars is it took 45 minutes sitting at the counter to get my sandwich. Would try again, but maybe during half hours
