We've played 3 times but the last time will probably be the last time. All of our run ins with the members have been nasty. We are not your red neck golfers. We know golf etiquette and attire but they apparently want to remind us of all of the rules. They think they are elite and top notch but they are really just snooty, nasty people. We (twosome) were behind one foursome that was playing really slow. We patiently waited at every hole. Eventually, they let us play through without us asking but then were making rude comments to us. We felt very unwelcome and don't want to be surrounded by all the Karen's enforcing clubhouse rules.

When you pay $200 for a round of golf you expect to have a good experience and enjoy the scenery…read more The course is ok (nothing spectacular for the price) but the main reason this is a one star review is because our round was completely ruined because we were told by a ranger on hole 3 to speed up when we were 4 minutes behind pace but that was only because the group in front of us was slow. (He said he told group in front of us so what's the point of coming to us). I guess they expected us to hit into the group in front. Absolutely ridiculous to come say anything at all to us when we were being held up by group in front. It pissed us off so much with their negative energy at the start that it ruined our round. Never been so hawkeyed on a round in my life and our group typically plays pretty fast and after some shots would add unnecessary negative commentary. Waste of money playing this course and they should be ashamed of themselves for telling a group to speed up when it's actually impossible when group in front is the reason for the slow play and especially on such an early hole!

Apparently this was a bachelor party outing ( lots of drinks and high fives). We waited on EVERY hole. After finally having enough , we called the clubhouse and asked for help. The ranger came by and asked what the issue was and then drove away in the opposite direction! After 16 holes (4.5 hours) we had to quit playing. For $160 , I think one should decent course management. Clearly that is not their management philosophy. Not a good value !!

I went downstairs but no one was there. I walked to the other end of the shed , found a guy , and asked him if he was who I needed to see about getting a cart. He gruffly replied the he would help me as soon as he got finished cleaning the cart he was working on!!! After a couple of minutes he gave us a cart. The course has a lot of character but the fairways are non existent. Mostly sand and weeds. Even in the middle of the fairway , it was like hitting out of fairway bunkers all day long. Greens and tee boxes were ok, so I assume there is no irrigation in the fairways. 65 for 18 holes. Should be about 35. Would gladly pay 100 if there was grass in the fairways. Great potential if someone put a few bucks in the place.

The course layout is great, and it gets pretty tight on several holes, but the course maintenance is atrocious! The entire course looks like it has not been maintained for months and needs water badly! Then you'll find some areas under water! Bald spots all over the place. No grass on the tee boxes and the greens, we'll just call them sandy browns at this course, are nothing but dirt with patches of something green in places. Good luck with your puts!! This course could be great. But until they get their grounds maintenance squared away, this course isn't even worth it at half price. If I were a member at this course I WOULD BE PISSED!! It'll be a long time before I consider playing this course again.
