The workers are friendly and try their best to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of the customers; they have a number of regulars. Hubby had them dry clean 2 of his suits. They do all their work on their premises (dry cleaning and alterations) so service is super quick. The suits came back clean and pressed. At these prices with good service, we're definitely coming back again and again. UPDATE: had them do a rush job dry cleaning and shortening a formal gown. They were super speedy (ready for pick up in two days), professional, friendly and the gown fit and looked beautiful!

I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.
