It's a mom and pop shop, which I am always eager to support, and the customer service was great. Really friendly, knowledgable and accomodating. Their prices are low, and they have specials if you bring in full suits rather than pieces. The owner has also recognized me from coming in every few weeks and is so nice. I brought a jacket in to get the sleeves shortened and she gave me a "special price" (I wanted to keep a buckle on the sleeve but didn't want to pay too much). They obviously treat their repeat customers well. The service is fast. They do same day work. Their hours are great - open early, late and weekends. They do all the work on site, and they've done a good job including getting any stains out (even stains that were unsuccessfully laundered out of dress shirts at home), and offer good turnaround time - usually within a few days but I usually just drop off on a Saturday and pick up the next Saturday. Some places go the extra mile, like covering your buttons before cleaning to prevent breakage for example, but this place focuses on doing the job well at a fair price with a no frills approach which is fine by me.
